Research On The Talent Training Methods Of Traditional Basketball Schools In Urumqi

As the primary training form of the "three-level training system" in China,the traditional basketball school is the most important one;it is the basic stage of the cultivation of basketball reserve talents.It is responsible for the selection of good seedlings for primary training,meanwhile,it is also the responsibility of transferring basketball reserve talents with good cultural quality to higher schools,and it has made an important contribution to the popularization of school basketball and the sustainable development of national basketball.In recent years,basketball in Urumqi has developed rapidly,it is closely related to the talent training of Traditional Basketball Schools,we should strengthen the training of talents in Traditional Basketball Schools,improve the quality of personnel training,and it is an important guarantee for the long-term prosperity of basketball in Urumqi and even Xinjiang Autonomous Region.This study adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,through the investigation of coaches and players in 9 Traditional Basketball Schools in Urumqi,starting from the enrollment and transportation,management,training,learning,competition,security,coaches and other aspects of basketball players,systematic analysis of the current Urumqi basketball traditional school personnel training mode,summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the traditional basketball school in this area,explore feasible solutions,in order to help Urumqi traditional basketball school further consolidate its own characteristics,and further optimize its personnel training mode,to promote the training level of basketball reserve talents in Traditional Basketball Schools in the region,provided more excellent basketball reserve talents for the superior units,contribute to the development of basketball in Xinjiang and even the whole country.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained1.Urumqi traditional basketball school athletes mainly come from the city,athletes from other cities and provinces should be taken as a supplement,the main way to recruit students is sports special recruitment,high level sports teams in Colleges and universities,sports departments in professional sports colleges and normal universities are the main destinations for athletes after graduation.2.The echelon construction of Urumqi traditional basketball school is in good condition,most traditional basketball schools have built corresponding echelons,in the division management of athletes,the mixed division is the main,and the centralized division is the auxiliary,most of them have established standardized rules and regulations,and in the daily training has been well implemented.3.Urumqi traditional basketball school has been training for many years,the type of training plan is not comprehensive,most of them train 5-6 times a week,each training is usually between 2-2.5 hours,the training content mainly includes attack,defense and special physical fitness training,the arrangement of training quantity and intensity is reasonable,the training effect is good;4.The cultural achievements of most basketball players in Urumqi traditional basketball school are not ideal,it is in the middle and lower middle level,the main factors that affect the athletes' cultural achievements are the poor foundation of the original cultural courses and the lack of attention to the athletes' ideology,coaches pay more attention to the communication with culture teachers;5.Urumqi traditional school basketball team has less chance to participate in the formal competition every year,the main competitions they take part in every year are the middle school basketball competition in Urumqi and the middle school basketball competition in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the former does not issue athlete grade certificate;The motivation of athletes participating in training and competition is correct and diversified,it is mainly to improve the level of basketball,contribute to further education,hobbies and exercise;6.The leaders of Urumqi traditional basketball school pay little attention to the construction of basketball team,however,parents have a high degree of support for their children to participate in basketball training,the training funds mainly come from the school financial allocation,the source is single,the results show that the training ground of traditional basketball school is better,but the training equipment in some schools is not perfect;7.Most of the Traditional Basketball Schools in Urumqi have not established a perfect team of coaches,the number of coaches is small,having multiple responsibilities;Bachelor degree or above,professional titles are mainly intermediate,the teaching years are short,the subsidy situation is poor,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,there are few opportunities to participate in public funded training,the frequency is less.8.The results of cultural study of the players in Urumqi traditional basketball school are generally poor,the quality of transportation needs to be improved,and the continuity of personnel training is poor,there are few opportunities for teams to participate in high-level games every year,insufficient capital and material input,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,there are few opportunities for coaches to participate in high-level training.9.Urumqi basketball traditional school personnel training mode optimization,we can take the following measures: to further improve the quality of basketball players,to ensure the cultural achievements of athletes,improve the continuity of personnel training,improve the competition system,greater more competition opportunities,introduce social resources,increase material and capital investment,improve the incentive mechanism,strengthen the training and exchange of coaches.
