The reform of basic education of music curriculum is the reform of the music curriculum.What kind of music curriculum meets the new standard? Using the example of 6 music classes for junior high school in the sixth national primary and secondary school music teaching competition,the author tries to adopt a new empirical method—the method of video analysis technology and quantitative and qualitative analysis,to describe the real shape of music classroom teaching scene,trying to find out the music class rules,characteristics and the basic form of the new curriculum of junior high school.The Research starts from observation,decomposition,refining of teaching structure and activities,through data collection and analysis of teaching structure,practical activity,teachers and students' behavior.The research found out that the teaching structure of junior high school music teaching is composed by interlocking import,new class,expansion,and finish.There are about five music practice activity forms composing the students' experience,which account for more than 50% of the whole class time;The time used for teaching behavior such as teachers' explanation and questioning is around 17 minutes;The time for students listening,practicing and learning accounts for more than 70% of the whole class time.In addition,the author makes some analysis from the perspective of teaching concept,teaching method and the professional skills,further describing how the teaching of new music curriculum of junior high school is an efficient teaching style guided by advanced teaching concept,adopting flexible and varied teaching methods,supported by interlocking structure of teaching,using the experiencing method of comprehensive practice activity,with students as the center and teacher as the guide.This data provides a basis not only to our scientific design of music class,and for the objective evaluation of the effect of classroom teaching.The study also gives the author a revelation: the quality classes of the sixth national primary and secondary school music teaching competition effectively lead the development of the teaching reform.Its popularization can improve the teaching quality of normal music lessons.Attaching great importance to the research of these quality classes and the application of their results can improve the design level of music class;solve the problems that exist in the daily music teaching,promote the development of music teaching reform and music teachers' professionalization.
