The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China promulgated the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Enhancing Juvenile Sports to Strengthen the Physical Fitness of Adolescents," stating that "full implementation of junior high school graduation physical education examinations will gradually increase the overall quality score of athletic middle school students and the results of the examination." The implementation of the college entrance examination sports system has aroused the attention of schools and society to high school sports.On this basis,the degree of influence of Chinese exam sports on middle school students' sports behavior has become a hot topic of study.Therefore,this article takes the impact of Chinese exam sports on the sports behavior of junior high school students in Xian as the starting point.It uses documentary data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method to analyze and compare the recessiveness of junior middle school students in grade one and grade three.Different from the influence of dominant sports behavior,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The Sports Adding Test has influenced on the middle school students' sports attitude,sports demand and the hidden sports behavior of values.1.1 The study found that 98.42% of the students believe that the examination is important for sports.Among them,97% of the middle school students think that the examination sports have an impact on the academic performance.Therefore,it is indicated that the examination sports has a great influence on the sports attitude of junior high school students.1.2 The study finds that the sports needs of middle school students mainly reflect the needs and interests of middle school students.Among them,the sports needs of junior high school students are significantly greater than those of the first one.1.3 The study found that the examination sports has a significant impact on the sports values of junior high school students,which is mainly reflected in the three aspects that affect the performance of physical education,fitness and relaxation.Among them,the impact of the third grade is even greater,which is mainly reflected in the impact on the performance of physical education and relaxation of physical and mental aspects.The first one is mainly reflected in fitness,cognitive learning,self-expression,and entertainment.2.The Sports Adding Test has influenced the dominant sports activities,such as the time,intensity,manner,venue and contents of sports activities.2.1 The time and number of extracurricular sports activities in the first and third year were not sufficient,and they could not meet the requirements of one hour for the sunshine sports.The overall activity intensity inside and outside the class was not strong enough to basically meet the requirement of physical exercise load.However,they will increase the exercise time,exercise frequency,and exercise intensity in order to increase the scores in the examination.2.2 In the middle school exam,under the pressure of sports,the students of the third grade are mainly engaged in physical exercise at the training points and in the community through the use of personal trainers.The first one is mainly along with their peers.It shows that the examination sports has influenced the way and venue of students to participate in sports activities to some extent.2.3 In the aspect of sports contents,The Sports Adding Test has a great influence on the content of the classroom and students' participating items.Focus on track-andfield compulsory items,and choose easier subjects concerning ball items.
