A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Activities Of Cheerleading In The Campus The Central And Western Regions Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region As An Example

Cheerleading is a new sport with unique charm,which has been growing rapidly in our country in recent years.With the development of a series of activities of "one school,one ball and one gymnastics" promoted by the Ministry of Education at present,the project of cheerleading has entered the campus and has been carried out more rapidly and extensively.This paper takes the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia as an example,takes the present situation of the activities in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia as the research object,applies the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and so on.This paper investigates and studies the present situation of the activities in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.To Inner Mongolia The problems existing in the development of the campus in the central and western regions are understood and studied.According to the investigation results,the existing problems are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:1.Campus cheerleading can not only improve the physical posture of students,improve the comprehensive quality,cultivate the inner will quality,but also cultivate the mental strength of the students who bear hardships and stand hard work,thus promoting the healthy development of their physical and mental unity.2.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,which is inhabited by ethnic minorities,has a vast territory and profound cultural elements.There is still a problem of widespread popularization in the campus activities in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia.We should increase publicity efforts to integrate Mongolian cultural elements into campus cheerleading in combination with the local national characteristics.More can expand the popular acceptance range,according to the local conditions the development has the characteristic campus cheerleading.3.At present,most of the teachers engaged in the teaching of calisthenics on the campus of middle schools in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia are calisthenics and gymnastics teachers,so they are relatively deficient in mastering the theoretical framework and practical technical experience of professional cheerleading.And lack of school-based teaching materials which accord with Inner Mongolia Autonomous region characteristics in physical education,lack of professional training and theoretical scientific research results.In Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,the number of campus cheerleading competitions is less,the number of schoolsparticipating in the competitions is less,and the popularity of competitions is not wide enough.According to the research results,the corresponding countermeasures are obtained.First,the integration of Mongolian cultural elements,the use of a variety of publicity methods to promote the campus cheerleading campaign,carry out a variety of campus cheerleading activities,deepen the campus cheerleading promotion and development.Second,strengthening the importance attached by middle school leaders in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia to campus cheerleading,introducing cheerleading into the physical education classes of primary and secondary schools on a wider scale,and compiling Mongolian language textbooks to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.In order to carry out campus cheerleading in accordance with local conditions,in order to make the campus cheerleading in Inner Mongolia region to carry out smoothly,we need to do the following: first of all,we need to improve the teaching site inside the campus.Equipment,facilities and other hard conditions;secondly,to strengthen the training of campus cheerleading coaches,to optimize the teaching staff,to provide training and training opportunities for the vast number of cheerleading coaches,and thus to cultivate a continuous stream of excellent teachers.It provides a basic guarantee for the improvement of students' competitive skills and physical fitness,and finally,the schools need to cooperate with each other and work out a unified competition rule and system to ensure the institutionalized and standardized development of the cheerleading events.
