In order to study the basketball referees in Changzhou city occupation attitude,there to ask you questions,put forward the countermeasure of Basketball Referees of talent training,this paper adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,logical reasoning,data statistics,data mainly comes from the study of basketball referee for the professional attitude scale.The results show that(1)of basketball referees in Changzhou city more than 9teachers from the industry,the largest number of 30-39 year old referee judging,going out is the most frequent part,the referee had Chinese Basketball League,the Youth Olympic basketball tournament,Asian youth basketball match.(2)professional basketball referee industry attitude self rating scores with the referee consistent level,the higher the level of self rating scores higher;male referees self score is higher than female referees;(3)Changzhou city basketball referees strong sense of responsibility,different levels of referees to recognize themselves in the basketball game,the role and status willing to take responsibility;there are certain differences in judging responsibility of different gender of male was higher than that of the female referee,referee(4)the different level of self service capability evaluation results: the higher the level,the more confident on the basketball referee business skills;three indicators of business skills,men are higher than women were divided,and a good understanding of the rules in the "can,to achieve flexibility in the use of" and "have the necessary knowledge of Basketball Officiating and the skills and methods of" two indexes have significant difference;different age referees to judge their business skills showed a certain pattern,in which the older referees more on business skills evaluation.(5)there are some similarities in the self-evaluation of different ranks of judges in the team cooperation index,and there are some differences among the different types of basketball referees in the evaluation of team cooperation.The index of "willing to share experience and views of referees and others,the male self evaluation scores higher than female referees,there are significant differences;the team score in different age structure index characteristics of common characteristics and differences.(6)in the personal development index in different judges embody certain differences,national referee showed a referee table compared with the status quo,positive enterprising,two referees performance plan is not clear;the different gender gap in the basketball referee for personal development,males scored higher than females;age the referee has certain difference on the basketball referee a talent Development,which at the age of 30-39 years of age the self evaluation indicatorswere significantly higher than those in more than 40 years of age under the age of 29 referees and referee,the referee 30-39 years of aggressive personal development.According to the above conclusions,provide the following countermeasures:(1)the establishment of local basketball referee committee at all levels,strengthen the management of basketball referees;(2)to buy public sports service as an opportunity to increase the intensity of basketball referees training;(3)affiliated colleges and universities,the training of young referees;(4)increase the popularity of basketball,basketball judging opportunity the referee;(5)pay attention to the cultivation of female referees;(6)stimulate referees motivation.
