In his report to the 19 th National Congress,Xi general secretary pointed out that the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into contradictions between the growing need of the people for a better life and the inadequate and unbalanced development.Tourism has become an indispensable part of people's lives,and strengthening physical fitness and promoting comprehensive fitness have also become a livelihood project,"sports + tourism" came into being.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development(No.70[2016])aims to promote the integration of tourism and sports;In his report to the 19 th National Congress,Xi pointed out that the main contradictions in Chinese society have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing need of people for a better life and the insufficient imbalance in their development.Tourism has become an essential part of people's lives,and the promotion of physical fitness and the promotion of comprehensive fitness has also become the beginning of the National Tourism Project No.In 2016,the National Tourism Administration and the Sports Department jointly issued the document "Guidance on Vigorous Development of Sports Tourism"(No.172[2016]),which proposed the vigorous development of sports tourism;"Tourism +" in 2017 is the first time it has been written into central document No.1.It is based on a new development concept that is innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared.The purpose of "Tourism +" is to integrate tourism industry with other related industries and promote the integration and development of tourism industry with other industries.The "sports + tourism" industrial integration method is to change the existing market structure of the traditional sports industry and tourism industry in their respective fields,and integrate the superior resources of the respective industries so as to improve the innovation and productivity of sports and tourism industries,and improve the development path and market share of sports tourism.The National Sports Administration and the National Tourism Administration jointly issued the Action Plan for the Development of Sports Tourism along the Belt and Road,which states that countries along the Belt and Road have rich resources for sports tourism and that the potential for its development is enormous.Shaanxi is the starting point of the ancient Silk Road,the 14 th National Games will be held soon,and the awareness of national fitness will be fully raised;The National Sports Administration and the National Tourism Administration jointly issued the Action Plan for the Development of Sports Tourism in the Belt and Road,which states that the countries along the Belt and Road have rich sports tourism resources and greatpotential for sports tourism development It is of great strategic significance to develop tourism,adjust industrial upgrading,transform industrial structure and make industrial chain more complete,so as to improve consumer market.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of sports tourism in Weinan City on the basis of SWOT analysis.Taking sports tourism in weinan city as the research object,this paper uses the literature method to inquire into,classify,organize,collect data,and combine the research methods of field investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics to analyze the appeal of sports tourism in weinan,and analyze the structural factors that may affect the development of sports tourism demand.Through the interviews with experts,the author shows that Weinan's natural and cultural resources,road infrastructure construction and urban environment are important determinants of sports tourism demand.Results may affect the participation in the development of weinan sports tourism,and on behalf of further research into the future development of the trend,and put forward suggestions for the development of weinan sports tourism: 1,strengthen the infrastructure construction,develop sports tourism resources,enrich sports tourism product types,and put forward new ideas;2.Innovate the way to promote sports tourism,raise the level of public awareness and change the consumption concept;3,to introduce professional personnel at the expert level in sports tourism,strengthen training of existing personnel,make them have initiative and creativity;4.Invest in investment,transform the way of economic development,and accelerate the upgrading and circular development of the Weinan industrial structure.
