| College sports not only belong to the category of physical education in the education system,but also belongs to the category of professional sports education in the vocational education system.Therefore,it not only shoulders the task of“advancing student health,enhancing student physique,enabling students to master1~2 sports skills for lifelong physical training,and developing habits of lifelong physical exercise”,but also shoulders the necessary physical education to cultivate professional positions and occupational disease.This article takes the value orientation of occupational practical sports of different professional students of Shanxi Medical University as the research objects.Tise article takes the method of literature,the expert interview,the questionnaire,the mathematical statistics and the comparative study to compare and analysis of the investigation on the professional practicalities consciousness and behavior of the medical students,the nursing students and the clinical medical students of the Shanxi medical university.After analyzing the situation and the existing problems,the main factors that affect their value orientation are explored,and the conclusions of this study are described as follows:(1)Professional physical quality and development contents vary by majors.Forensic students have a higher demand for strength.Through analysis of variance,the differences between nursing and clinical medicine are extremely significant(P<0.01).The demand for endurance is also higher,comparing with the other two majors,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).And they can be developed through volleyball spikes,basketball jumpers,skipping ropes,long jumps,running(uphill running,downhill running,variable speed running)and other projects.By analysis of variance,the difference between the demand of endurance and agility in nursing students was significantly different from that of clinical medicine(P<0.05),which could be achieved through aerobics,cheerleading,Tai Chi,yoga and other projects.Clinical medicine has a great demand in the power of finger,wrist and arm and the flexibility of finger wrist.It can be attained by the sports of finger push-ups,volleyball hand pass and slam,darts,badminton high ball,frisbee and so on.(2)Discrepancy in the conscious usage of professional practicability sports in different majors.In terms of the cognition on vocational practicability sports:students with clinicalmedical specialty know more about the title of professional practicability sports.Through analysis of variance,the difference has an extremely significant meaning(P<0.01)compar to the majors of nursing and forensic(P<0.01).Only a few students are aware of the vocational practicability sports through the teacher,which indicates that the school is highly deficient in the publicity and promotion on it;The students’ understanding of the methods of professional physical exercise is positively related to the universality sport programs,and the school shall add new sports items,while the sports teachers shall explain which physical quality will be developed of each project so that the students can select the items that are favorable for their future occupational quality.Students’ attitude towards sports activities:there are more students express positive attitudes towards extracurricular physical activities than curricular sports and most of their motivation to participate in sports activities is to enhance physical fitness.Students are less aware of occupational practicability sports,and only a few of their participation are due to occupational needs.The school’s physical education should fully consider the students’ professional characteristics,and offer more sports program to improve students’ interests,cultivate the habit of lifelong sports and reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases in sports training.For the need of studying the professional practicality sports:there are 68% of students who want to learn about practical sports,and most students would like to get the method of professional physical training and guidance.(3)Behavior of professional practicability sports different in majors.Most of the sports that the students are currently participating are consistent with the program which is listed in the basic course of professional practicability sports,but the students are not aware that the behavior is a professional physical activity,which means that the students are less aware of it though they are positive about it;More than 80% of the students get exercise in school public place and only 30% of the students achieve the requirement of the "exercise an hour every day".The number of students in Clinical medicine who participate in sports activities at the above average load intensity each time is more than other majors.In order to improve the students’ physical and occupational physical quality level,students must insist on physical exercise. |
