Attention and goal achievement orientation are two very noteworthy problems in Sports teaching and training skills for sports conditioning and improved overall control of the quality of teaching and training in order to achieve scientific management. The article by Movement Psychology research methods make a movement age and gender analysis to the tennis professional elective classes , at theSame time, it makes an exploratory comparison with tennis athletes and the results of the study in-depth thinking.In the two experiments of this empirical research study, 573 people are tennis professional elective classes in various sports academies, 32 are athletes participating in the Tenth National Games competition,81 are tennis professional in colleges special enrollment.According to the Attention Tests by Yin henchman and Campaign task orientation and self-orientation questionnaire in sports by Chenjian and Sigangyan. Reaching the following findings:1,Four attention to quality of tennis professional elective classes and tennis athlete's exist differences in the movement age, and no law can be found in the development of movement age.2,In allocation and the attention of stability , tennis athletes plays better than tennis professional elective classes, But tennis profession elective classes are better in attention to the breadth and attention to the transfer.3,All the tennis athletes and tennis professional elective classes do not sexual differences in Attention to the breadth. But in attention to the allocation, attention to the stability, and attention to the transfer, girls level attention are better than boys.
