Self confidence is an important factor that affects the performance and performance of physical education majors.Past studies have found that there is a positive correlation between self confidence and exercise performance.At the same time,the other important factor affecting the performance and performance of physical education majors is the achievement goal orientation in the achievement motivation.Achievement goal orientation aims to motivate students' achievement motivation and enhance the maneuverability of students' motivation.The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is any correlation between the source of sports self-confidence and achievement goal orientation.Secondly,this research revised the achievement goal orientation questionnaire applied in the field of work and education,and drew the three factor and five dimension theory in the field of work and education for reference to the field of sports.For this purpose,this study used literature,mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey to investigate 402 students in four normal universities in Sichuan province.The results were as follows:(1)The achievement goal orientation of sports majors mainly focuses on learning goal orientation,that is,individuals improve their sports skills and skills as the goal of learning.There are significant differences in the dimensions of the goal orientation of achievement goals and the sources of sports self-confidence for the college students of different sex.Compared with female students,boys tend to learn goals,goals,goals and goals of social responsibility.(2)In terms of sources of self-confidence,boys' self-confidence is more likely to be influenced by factors such as ability display,situational advantage and substitution experience.there is no significant difference in achievement goal orientation among sports majors of different ages and sports levels.different grade students in the professional sports socialsupport on the target and there was a significant difference freshman tend to be more social support;(3)Different special professional sports college students in each dimension of the source of sport confidence,only the ability to show and favorable scenario two dimensions there are significant differences;(4)And the physical fitness project students compared skills leading and techniques and tactics dominated project students more inclined to show the ability to improve their athletic self-confidence;and the physical fitness project students than skill oriented projects,students acquire sports self-confidence in more favorable situation.(5)There was correlation between the dimensions of achievement goal orientation and the source of sport confidence,tend to learning goal orientation and performance goal orientation that students,the sources of sport confidence in "skills" larger;achievement avoidance goal orientation has only weak correlation with "situation favorable";social support tend to target the students.Sport confidence comes from "social support" and "coaching" more likely.
