The main body of school moral education includes all people in the school.This article begins with a key teacher group—teachers who specialize in moral education.It puts them under the background of moral education for all,and analyzes their multiple roles and their conflicts with students.The teacher-student relationship is a relationship system composed of multiple relationships,including the relationship between ordinary people,the relationship between managers and the managers,and the relationship between teachers and students.The multiple relationships of moral education subjects are complex and prone to contradictions,and multiple relationships must be combed and clarified in order to achieve the dissolution of their multiple relationships.To this end,it is necessary to clarify the nature of the relationship between ordinary people and people in moral education,the relationship between managers and managers,and the relationship between teachers and students,and on this basis draw a clear boundary of the triple relationship.This study adopts a bottom-up research strategy and uses case law and literature to explore the contradictory issues in the multiple relationships of moral education subjects.Firstly,through the case analysis of the practice of moral education,it is found that the relationship between ordinary people and people will erode the relationship between teachers and students,the relationship between managers and managers,and the relationship between teachers and students will make people-to-people relations.The relationship with the regulated person is subject to certain harm;the relationship between the manager and the regulated person can destabilize the relationship between the teacher and the student and the relationship between the ordinary person and the person.Through the analysis of the contradictions of these three relationships,it revealsthat the essence of the contradiction is the conflict between the moral education subject teacher as an ordinary person,as a teacher,and as a moral education teacher.Secondly,in order to resolve the multiple relationship contradictions of moral education subjects,this study explored the causes of the three-fold role conflict of moral education teachers,namely teacher-student emotions,teacher responsibilities,and human needs hierarchy.Clarify the connotations of teacher-student emotions,teacher responsibilities,and people's needs.Use the basic emotions of ordinary people to represent the roles of teachers and the students' emotions.Use compassion-based ethical emotions to express the roles of teachers and students' emotions.Use moral aesthetic emotions to express The moral education teacher's role and the student's emotions;the obligation of the adult to the child expresses the role of the ordinary person's role to the student;the role of the teacher's role to the student's role is defined by the regulations of the education regulations on the teacher's role;and the moral education teacher's role is expressed by the moral education teacher's literacy structure.The responsibilities of the students;because the needs of the people will permeate the entire moral education relationship,Maslow's theory of needs is used as the theoretical support for the moral education subject.Use its theory to help understand how the contradiction of multi-relationships of moral education subjects can be resolved.For example: First,people's needs will show a step-by-step increase from bottom to top.Second,in the same period,there may be several kinds of people's needs,but there is always a need for dominance and determinism for behavior.Third,high-level needs will emerge after low-level needs are met.Fourth,people's need for high-level respect and self-realization is endless.At the time,the study found that the role of the teacher in the multi-role model of iceberg model: the moral education teacher's ordinary person's role is at the bottom,and the friend relationship established with the student is the basis of the multiple relationships of the moral education subject;the teacher's role resides in the middle layer,and its teacher identity and The relationship established by students is the key to the multiple relationships of moral education subjects;the role of moral education teachers is at the top level,and the relationship between the role of moral education teachers and students is the core of the multiple relationships of moral education subjects;and when teachers interact with students in practice through triple roles The relationship is a horizontal structure intertwined with each other.On the basis of theforegoing analysis,we use the content of teachers' and students' emotional needs,teacher responsibilities,and the level of people's needs to construct the multiple relationship structure of moral education subjects.Finally,in the context of all moral education,using the intersubjectivity theory of moral education as a guide,we extracted the ways in which the understanding and respect,dialogue and communication,and return to the living world constitute the intersubjective relations between the moral subjects,and obtained the enlightenment of the contradiction of the multiple relations of the moral education subject.At the same time,we use respect,educating people,and liud in order to serve as the relationship between friends of moral education,the relationship between teachers and students,and the behavioral indicators of moral education teachers and students.We use goodwill,belief,and happiness to describe the status of their relationships in order.The actual situation is used to describe the ideal state of the multiple relations of the moral education subjects in practice,and the limitations and challenges of the research on the contradictory resolution of the multiple relations of the moral education subject are explained.
