Teaching Research On IT Talent Occupation Roles Under The Multiple Intelligences Perspective

With the shortage of talents in IT enterprises, while m ost of the computer professional graduates cannot find a m ajor job, this trem endous contrast becomes the primary problem IT enterprise faced. How to m ake the IT graduates meet the needs of enterprise’ standard, improve the effectiveness of college com puter professional teaching, improve the employment rate and the employment quality of computer professional students, which has become an important part of the study of com puter professional teachi ng reform. Theory of Multiple I ntelligences "promote comprehensive development of students ", the core connotation is consistent with Chinese education reform ideas, so that the multiple intelligence theory has been applied widely. This paper is analyz e the ability of IT talent occupation roles, com bining the advantage of students’ intelligence, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, training professional competence appropriate to their developm ent under the multiple intelligences perspective, so as to adapt to the high-level demand of industry development for IT talent.This study analyzed the current situation of the developm ent of the multiple intelligences theory both at home and abroad. It h as designed the IT talent occupation roles training teaching model under the m ultiple intelligences perspective according to the core m eaning of multiple intelligences theory, and put forward to the tea ching design scheme and design princ iple. The teaching model is applied to th e teaching practice. Throug h the changes of the five aspec ts(emotional attitude experience, self-inquiry learning, cooperation learning, practical application ability and self evaluation ability) before and after experim ent to explore the influence for IT talent occupation roles training teaching models on students’ ability dimension under m ultiple intelligences perspective. Research shows that, under the m ultiple intelligence perspective, designed the teaching programs of IT talent o ccupation roles train ing to adapt to the strong intelligences according to the students’ strong intelligent, which can improve the effectiveness of computer professional teaching, pro mote the deve lopment of ability of com puter professional student occupation roles, make up the lack of students’ professional ability, practical ability and collaboration capabilities for th e traditional com puter science education, build a bridge of computer professional students and IT enterprise, meet the demand of IT talents enterprises. This has an im portant meaning on IT talent occupation ability training and certain reference significance to the engineering technical talents.
