At present,China's education informatization has entered a new stage of development.It has been placed in a very important position to promote the deep integration of information technology and higher education,and to innovate the training mode of talents.Higher education informatization is an important way to promote the reform and innovation of higher education and to improve the quality of teaching.Through the reform of traditional teaching mode and the combination of traditional classroom face-to-face teaching and online learning,blended teaching is a beneficial practice and inevitable requirement for the transformation of college teaching structure under the condition of informatization.Based on the concept and characteristics of blended teaching,this paper analyzes the unique educational value of blended teaching in current education and teaching field.It is believed that with the deepening of the integration of information technology and education and the continuous improvement of the infrastructure of colleges and universities.The blended teaching has a wide development opportunity and space.But at the same time,the blended teaching is confronted with the challenges of traditional teacher-student relationship and the reform of teaching management in universities.Through the questionnaire survey of teachers and students of nine universities in the east,middle and west of China,and the interviews with the teacher and the teaching administrators,the present blended teaching has been universally recognized by the teachers and students,which has attracted the attention of the university.However,there are still some problems in the concrete implementation of blended teaching,which not achieves the expected teaching effect completely.In particular,the teaching resources are not perfect,including software and hardware supporting measures,network curriculum resources construction and professional security team construction is lack;Secondly,it is difficult to arouse teachers' enthusiasm and creativity without the encouragement mechanism of teachers.Thirdly,the lack of effective evaluation mechanism cannot objectively reflect the teaching effect of blended teaching.Fourthly,the teaching management system and organization system is not standardized and perfect,the coordination between the departments of communication is not smooth.Therefore,this study considers that the lack of the blended teaching guarantee system is the key factor that causes it not to exert the maximum teaching effect.There are some social reasons,such as the long-term bondage of traditional culture idea,the limitation of talent cultivation goal,the dislocation of teaching scientific research evaluation mechanism and the lack of the necessary conditions of blended teaching.In view of the problems existing in the development of the blended teaching and the lack of the guarantee system construction,this research attempts to construct the guarantee system in four aspects,which lays a solid foundation for the smooth development of the blended teaching.Firstly,to improve the organizational management system,including the blended teaching of the top-level design reform and the development of blended teaching science;Secondly,standardize the teaching management system,including the improvement of the blended teaching evaluation system and the innovation of the teacher training system;Thirdly,tamping the foundation of technical guarantee,including the construction of information technology facilities and the optimization and establishment of professional technical team.The forth is to construct dynamic incentive mechanism,to provide convenience and preferential treatment for teachers,and to encourage teachers to reform and explore the blended teaching.
