Study On Construction Of Honest And Clean Government Culture In Colleges And Universities In China

In the new era,President Xi Jinping has vigorously strengthened the building of an honest and clean government,and has escorted the Chinese dream to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,the construction of honest and clean government is not only in the party and government organs,but the construction of honest and clean government is expanding to all aspects of the society with unprecedented breadth and depth,and building a positive social environment.In the process of socialist modernization,colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating talents and scientific innovation in socialist construction,and shouldering the important task of inheriting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.However,we must admit that the corruption problem is constantly eroding the pure land of University.Therefore,in the new era,strengthening the construction of clean government culture in China’s colleges and universities is conducive to the continuous development and improvement.It is also an important guarantee for the cultivation and development of high-quality talents and colleges and universities in China.Based on the cultural construction of honest and clean government in Colleges and universities as the research object,this paper explores the existing problems in the construction of clean government culture in Colleges and universities from three aspects,such as the spiritual,institutional and material aspects of the construction of honest and clean government,and makes a deep analysis of the problems.On the basis of analyzing the problems and seeking truth from facts,the paper tries to find solutions to the problems in the process of building a clean government culture in Colleges and universities.First of all,the incorruptible culture and the basic concept of a clean government culture in Colleges and universities as the breakthrough point,clear the incorruptible culture and the internal relationship between the cultural and honest government culture of colleges and universities;carding and analyzing the Marx theory of honest and clean government culture.Secondly,based on the theory of Marx’s honest and clean government culture,the present situation of the culture of honest and clean government in Colleges and universities in China is studied and analyzed,and the existing problems are deeply analyzed from three aspects of spiritual culture,system construction and material input.Finally,according to the problems and reasons for the construction of the clean government culture in Colleges and universities,the countermeasures are put forward to improve the cultural construction of the clean government in China’s colleges and universities from three aspects,such as the cultivation of the consciousness of the construction of high honest and clean culture,the construction of the system and the construction of the communication platform.
