A Research On Countermeasures Of The Ideological Character Of Ideological And Political Education

Ideology is a powerful ideological weapon that the party organize,calls for and condenses the masses,and it is the ideological banner of consolidating the rule of state.At the National College of ideological and political education in 2017,general secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that "China's higher education shoulders the important task of cultivating all-round development of socialist builders and successors,which must adhere to the correct political direction”,"to do well in our higher education,we must adhere to the leadership of the party and to adhere to the correct socialist direction."The important speech,from the overall situation and the strategic height of general secretary Xi Jinping,has deeply answered a series of important issues concerning the development of higher education and the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,which has strong political,ideological and pertinence.The party organizations at all levels in the ideological and political education system attach great importance to the implementation of the spirit of the important speech of the general secretary of Xi Jinping and the spirit of the relevant documents of the Central Committee,which vigorously promote the work in the ideological character of ideological and political education,and the mainstream of ideology in Colleges and universities is positive,healthy and upward,showing a good development trend.While affirming our work and achievements,we must also soberly recognize the serious challenges that the current national ideological work faces.In China,ideological and political education is the main channel to disseminated the mainstream ideology education,is the main position to improve people's ideological and political quality and promote social consensus,the ideological character is the essential attribute of ideological and political education.Strengthening the ideological character of ideological and political education is the core strength and important support to maintain the ruling party's rule and consolidate the dominant position of the state.Based on this background,this paper thinks about the identification of mainstream ideology in contemporary China from the perspective of the ideological character of ideological and political education.First of all,starting with the concept,the thesis defines ideological and political education,ideological character and the ideological character of ideological and political education.At the same time,the thesis analyzes the relationship between the ideological and political education and ideology from the aspect of the similarities anddifferences,which puts forward the judgment that "ideology is the essential attribute of ideological and political education",and discusses the necessity of strengthening the ideological character of ideological and political education.Secondly,the thesis analyses the existing problems and causes of the ideological character of ideological and political education.The paper elaborates problems from the dilemma of Marx's guiding position,the teaching effect of ideological and political course and teachers' belief in Marx,what's more,expounds the causes from the three aspect of some scholars' understanding to the theory of ideology,the teaching practice of ideological and political course and the external environment of ideological and political education.Thirdly,the thesis discusses the thoughts and principles of strengthening the ideological and political education.The paper puts forward the idea of thinking from the aspects of subject's kinetic energy,institutional arrangement and social atmosphere.To grasp the dialectical thinking of the work in ideological character of ideological and political education,we should follow these three principles:the principle of combination of domination and diversity;the principle of combining ideology with science;and the principle of combining inheritance with development.Finally,it discusses the countermeasures of strengthening the ideological character of ideological and political education.In view of the previous analysis,the thesis puts forward the specific countermeasures from three aspects: theoretical research,ideological and political education and the guidance of non mainstream ideology.In the aspect of theory research,it put forward to accurate interpretation of Marx ideology theory,explain the problems with the mainstream ideology,creative the expressions of mainstream ideology,but also strengthen the innovation of ideological theory to improve the fitness of Marxism theory and reality;in the work for ideological and political education,the thesis put forward the aspects from the comprehensive quality of the ideological and political theory teachers,the contents,the teaching methods,the management mechanism and so on to improve the ideological orientation of Ideological and political theory teaching;in the guide to the non mainstream ideology,the thesis put forward the countermeasure to the critique the negative factors of non mainstream ideology,to absorb the positive factors of non mainstream ideology,to strengthen the propaganda of the mainstream ideology and technical supervision,and to consolidate the dominant position of mainstream ideology.
