The Construction Research On The Discourse Power Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Entering a new era,the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made great progress and entered a new historical stage.The great achievements are not plain sailing.In the open and free discourse field in the context of globalization,the discourse power of China's mainstream ideology is challenged by foreign thoughts.The construction of the discourse power of ideological and political education in the forefront of colleges and universities also shows weakness.Based on this,this paper studies the construction of discourse power in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects.First of all,the discourse power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has its own specific scope.It is a particularly important "microclimate" in the "general climate" of the discourse power of ideological and political education with its own discourse theme,discourse subject and discourse carrier.In the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,ideological and political educators create,carry and disseminate certain ideas,political concepts and moral norms through the discourse of ideological and political education.The influence or power to guide and control the thoughts and behaviors of the educated to meet certain social or class needs is discourse power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Secondly,the motivation for generating discourse power of ideological and political education has two aspects: interest demand and role orientation.Interest is also the most fundamental source of generation and development motivation of the discourse power of ideological and political education.The role-type source of discourse power of ideological and political education reveals the relationship between the identity,status and function of the subject of ideological and political education discourse and the dominant power of ideological and political education discourse.The basic laws of the generation of discourse power of ideological and political education include the law of value dominance,the law of superiority accumulation,and the law of integration symbiosis.Again,the problems faced in the construction of discourse power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are mainly divided into five parts.First,the absence and alienation of ideological construction leads to insufficient thought leadership.Second,the illusion and slackness of the construction of ideological positions will give hostile forces an opportunity to take advantage of.Third,the lack of research and innovation in Marxist ideology theory has hindered the developmental vitality of Marxism.Fourth,the simplification and emptiness of the Marxist ideology theory in colleges and universities seriously affect the appeal of the discourse power of ideological and political education.Finally,In view of the above problems,the corresponding solutions are proposed.First,Strengthen ideological and theoretical construction,adhere to scientific theory for ideological guidance,consolidate the ideological foundation.Second,constantly innovate and improve the discourse system and create the discourse advantage of ideological and political education.Third,adhere to the mainstream ideology of Marxism and maintain the correct direction of discourse.Fourth,strengthen the building of ideological and political education teams and cultivate professional high-quality talents.
