In 2014,Ministry of Education proposed clearly the concept of "Core Literacy" in the Opinion of the Basic Task of the Implementation of the Curriculum Reform of the Comprehensive Curriculum Reform.The document pointed out that it is necessary to cultivate the core literacy system for all phases of studying.At the same time,it emphasized the necessary character and key ability foe them to meet the needs of lifelong and social development.The cultivation of Core literacy is a key field and an vital part of curriculum reform,which required that the teachers should apply core literacy to all the teachings.With the deeply development of the curriculum,more and more schools have spread the researches and practices of the core literacy of information technology,but there are many problems existing in the core literacy of the high school information technology.The main reason why is the lack of an effective evaluation system.The core literacy system can diagnose the problems in the course of information technology,and to guide the development of the core literacy of high school information technology.So it's necessary to construct a system of evaluation of the current state of information technology in high school's information technology.First of all,this paper constructed an evaluation index system framework suitable for the status quo of information technology core attainment of senior high school students in Shihezi by analyzing the existing relevant research on the status quo of information technology core accomplishment for high school students in Shihezi.Secondly,this paper filtered,supply and modify the established evaluation index by using the Delphi method.Finally,this paper completed the evaluation index system for the core competence of senior high school student information technology in Shihezi by using the weight of the evaluation indicator system.There are two steps totally,the first step is to build the core literacy rate system for high school in Shihezi.Firstly,based on knowing about the status quo of the core accomplishment of information technology of high school students in Shihezi city,this paper analyzed and summarized the existing researches at home and abroad.And it established four evaluation indexes of information consciousness,computational thinking,digital learning and innovation and information social responsibility according to the latest revision of the general high school information technology curriculum standards.It subdivided the primary indicators into31 secondary evaluation indexes.Determined by Delphi method for preliminary evaluation index system of expert advice,core technology will ensure objective and scientific of Shihezi's high school students information literacy evaluation index system.The second step is to compile the questionnaire about the weight of the evaluation index system of the information technology core quality of senior high school students by using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight of the core accomplishmentevaluation index system of senior high school students' information technology.The author sent them to relevant experts in the information technology discipline of senior high school.According to experts and the results of questionnaire,the paper established the weights of evaluation indexes and information literacy evaluation index system for high school students in Shihezi.This paper includes six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which focuses on the research background,purpose and significance of this research,and summarizes the current research status and reviews at home and abroad,then puts forward the research methods and key points of the research.The second chapter is a theoretical study,which involves the definition of the relevant core concepts and the breakdown of the goal of high schools' information technology.The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo of the core literacy cultivation of high school students in Shihezi.First of all,compiling the questionnaire,investigate the status quo of the core quality of information technology in Shihezi high school,and then make a statistical analysis of the survey results,and finally summarize the problems existing in the cultivation of the core quality of information technology in Shihezi high school.The fourth chapter is to build a core technology Shihezi city high school students information literacy evaluation index system.Through the analysis of the existing research and the current status of the core literacy of high school information technology in stone river city,it has been constructed to establish a framework of the core quality of the information technology of the stone river high school,and after two rounds of expert consultation to adjust and modify the evaluation index system,it finally determined the index framework of the information technology core literacy index system of the high school in Shihezi city.The fifth chapter is to determine the weight of evaluation index system of core technology high school students information literacy.Using analytic hierarchy process and Yaahp11.3 software,the weights of primary and secondary evaluation indexes were calculated.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.In this study,we reviewed and summarized the following research,and found out the shortcomings and improvement of this study.
