With the rapid development of the world economy and science and technology,innovative talents are becoming more and more popular in the society.Music creative teaching began to emerge and gradually played its unique role,which was more closely connected with students' learning and life.This study of six primary schools in Shihezi city of Xinjiang province as the research object,using literature method,observation method,investigation method(interview method,questionnaire),from six primary schools for visiting survey and field practice,objective record of the region's primary school music creation teaching present situation,find out the problems existing in the teaching of practical Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.The purpose is to promote the improvement of the local primary school music teaching,the specific problems encountered in the music teaching for teachers to provide advisory guidelines,and guide the department for education management department's decision to provide important reference,to promote the development of primary school music creation teaching,to cultivate the creative ability of students to lay the foundation.Through investigation and study,master the shihezi present situation of the elementary school music creation teaching: the development of primary school music creation teaching state as a whole is relatively good,student and teacher shows a very positive attitude,However,due to some objective reasons,there are still some problems in creative teaching of music.First of all,teachers: the lack of understanding of music creation,lead to not value for music creation teaching,teaching material use inadequate,music creation teaching lacks consistency,the lack of ability to create teaching teachers;Aspects: second,the school of music teachers training less,music creation teaching students to create the venue of the activity or use less inadequate,music creation activities and the low utilization rate of simple instrument,shihezi exam arts exam plus policy appraisal system.According to the above existing problems,this article through the perspective of musicology,education and other subjects put forward the corresponding countermeasures:teachers should attach importance to music creation teaching,from the perspective of students,stimulate students' interest,the arrangement of the gradual,good at creating teaching accumulation to create material,appropriate to strengthen students' basic knowledge of music learning.Schools should increase investment in creative teaching and actively organize training and teaching research activities for music creative teaching.When preparing lessons,teachers should also carefully analyze the content of music textbook compilation and creation in primary school,and carry out effective creative teaching based on the actual situation of students.I hope that creates shihezi city primary school music teaching has certain theoretical support and practical guiding significance,also for the development of our country in the future primary school music creation teaching and research to provide the reference.
