Teachers ' professional happiness is related to the life experience of teachers and the growth of students,it is not only the need to promote the value of teachers and the meaning of life,but also the fundamental requirements of education,but also the attention to the development of teacher's survival and education.This study selected 300 primary school teachers in Nan Chong as the object of study,using literature method,questionnaire method to investigate the present situation and influencing factors of teachers ' professional sense,and based on this,put forward some measures to improve the professional happiness of primary school teachers.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is to clarify the reasons for the topic and research status quo,introduce research methods and ideas,research purposes and significance,as well as the key problems and innovation points,etc.the second part is the summary of teachers ' professional happiness,including the connotation of happiness,the connotation of teachers ' professional The characteristics of teachers ' professional happiness and the classification of teachers ' professional happiness;The third part is to understand the present situation of Nan Chong Primary school teachers ' professional Happiness through questionnaire survey.Among them,male teachers can experience happiness more than female teachers,and teachers in cities can experience happiness more than teachers in rural areas.Teachers in key schools can experience happiness more than teachers in ordinary schools;in teaching subjects,teachers who are engaged in the beauty of sound and body are more able to experience happiness than teachers outside the language number.With the increase of educational background and title,happiness has obvious promotion And whether there is no significant difference between the graduation from normal school,different marital status,whether it is the head teacher,and the grade taught and the occupational happiness;the Forth part is the specific influence factor of the teachers ' professional happiness.The influencing factors of teachers ' professional happiness are as follows: the stability and security of the work itself,the teacher's interest in the work itself,the affirmation and support of the leader,the affirmation and support of the parents,the realization of the students ' growth and the sense of self fulfillment,etc.and the influencing factors of teachers ' professional happiness are mainly from the social level,the school level and the teacher's personal level.It includes: the high expectation of teachers,the investment of education outlay,the unreasonable evaluation mechanism and management mechanism of the school,and the teacher's own personality and hobbies.The last part is based on the above analysis,in order to enhance the professional well-being of primary school teachers,the corresponding strategies are put forward from the social level,the school level and the teacher's own level.
