In recent years, with the development of market economy and more and more fierce competition, our primary school teachers are bearing increasing occupational stress. If no effective control of occupational stress in a long time, it will lead directly to occupational burnout. Once the teacher occupaional burnout occurs, it not only affects the working conditions, but also physical and mental health, life quality of teachers and the development of students, More importantly, will lead directly to the overall decline in the quality of our country's compulsory education which is the foundation to our national modernization, Therefore, the serious consequences of primary school teachers occupational burnout can not be ignored. In order to study the status, causes, forming preocesses and elimination methods of primary school teachers occupational burnout, this reaseach has exercised by collecting and analysing the domestic and international materials, teachers burnout questionaires, organization questionnaires, psychological capital and overall happiness measures of 233 primary school teachers, expected to be more truly understanding of the current primary school teachers'burnout and influencing factors.Results of the study are as follows:1. In general, primary school teachers burnout has not reached a serious degree. There is no significant gender differences on the three dimensions of occupational burnout (emotional exhaustion, deindividuation and low self-accomplishment).2. Overall, as organizational astmosphere concerned, there is a gap between the ideal and the reality. Primary school teachers in good psychological capital. The female teachers in primary schools have experienced a higher sense of happiness than male teachers. Within a week, the primary school teachers feel more negative emotions, less positive emotions and stress, and only pressure dimensions have the significant gender differences.3. Being late or left early of primary school teachers is not serious and they will not undergo posts transformation. Primary school teachers' self-awareness of work performance and others recongnition are in consistent, and at a medium level in general. Both superior and inferior satisfy with primary school teachers'work and the public also hold a satisficing attitude. While, as for self-awareness of work performance, there are sharp gender differences.4. Organization's trust to primary school teachers and the primary school teachers trust to organization in general are in the middle and upper levels, but organization's trust to teachers is slightly higher than teachers'trust to organization. In this aspect, there are visible gender differences.5. The conflicts of deindividuation and ideal members is in a significant positive correlation.The conflicts of lower self-achievement and the members in reality is also in a markable positive correlation.6. Emotional exhaustion and psychological self-efficacy, hope and optimism are observably negatively correlated. Deindividual dimensions and self-efficacy, hope, tenacity and optimism scores are also significantly negatively correlated. Low achievement dimension and self-efficacy, resilience, optimism and hope are in a notable negative correlation.7. Emotional exhaustion and their subjective well-being, which includes life satisfaction and interest, energy, depression or pleasant state of mind and behavior of control are significantly negatively correlated. Deindividuation and worries to health are in an utstanding positive correlation, On the contrary, to the control of emotion and behavior, they are remarkably correlated in a negative way. Lower self-achievement and energy or moods are negativly correlated.8. Emotional exhaustion,negative emotion and pressure are positivly correlated. Deindividual and negative emotions is also in a significant positive correlation. Low self-achievement and negative emotion and in a noticable positive correlation,too.9. Emotional exhaustion,lower levels of trust and the public trust are in extremely significant negative correlation. Lower self-achievement and trust to inferiors and public are negativly correlated. Emotional exhaustion, trust to the same level and inferior's trust to me is significant negative correlation.10. Emotional exhaustion and being-late or left-early, job tranfering are positivly correlated. While job Satisfaction2inferor's satisfaction to their work is in a very obvious negative correlation. Lower self-achievement and being-late or left-early, job tranfering undergo significant positive correlation. Lower self-achievement and job satisfaction2& job performance are negativly correlated.
