The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and the development of rural education plays an important role in revitalization of rural areas.Teachers are the key to the development of rural education.At present,in order to better deal with the shortage of rural primary school teachers,structural deficiencies and other issues,many places have started to carry out the pilot training of general course teachers in primary schools,teachers who have received directional training must teach for at least 6 years in Directional County(City or district)rural primary schools after graduation.For general teachers in primary schools,whether they can really adapt to the teaching work of teachers directly affects the teaching activities of primary schools,the professional development of teachers and the improvement of rural education and teaching level.Therefore,this research takes the general course teachers in rural primary schools who have been employed for 1-3 years as the research object,and attempts to understand the current situation of general practitioners’ occupational adaptation in rural primary schools by investigating and analyzing their occupational adaptation explore the factors influencing the occupational adaptation of the General Course Teachers in rural primary schools,and puts forward the strategies to promote the occupational adaptation of the General Course teachers in rural primary schools.Strictly speaking,there is not a relatively stable and clear standard for the occupational adaptation of new teachers,it is difficult to measure the occupational adaptation of general teachers in rural primary schools.Based on the above considerations,this study takes the General Teacher Group of primary school as the contrast object of primary school teachers to enhance the rationality of the study.According to the above research ideas,this study used questionnaire survey,case study method and interview to explore the status of the professional adaptation of the new rural primary school general teachers and the factors affecting the professional adaptation of teachers,and put forward the corresponding promotion strategies.The results show that the general teachers’ occupational adaptation is in the middle level,and there are significant differences in the dimension of occupational adaptation between the one-year-old rural teachers and one-year-old rural general teachers.There are significant statistical differences in the dimensions of interpersonal relationship and psychological adaptation between rural general teachers and city teachers,there are significant differences in the dimensions of interpersonal relationship and psychological adaptation between the rural general teachers and the rural teachers.The main factors influencing the occupation adaptation of General Teachers are school physical environment,self-factors,employment support,pre-service education experience,external influence,workload.According to the current situation and the influencing factors of the occupational adaptation of general teachers in rural primary schools,this study proposes the following strategies to improve the occupational adaptation of General Teachers in rural primary schools.We should increase the value of general teachers’ rural cultural identity,understand the rural education recognition of rural education;improve the material environment of rural schools,and build a balanced school environment system,optimize the training mode of general practitioners,improve the training quality of general practitioners,actively improve the professional quality of teachers,and make full preparation for the development of rural education and teaching;attach importance to the support for teachers of general subjects to enter the profession and improve the system of education for entering the profession,improve the quality of post-vocational training and highlight the “general”,guide teachers to improve professional development and promote rural education. |
