With the development of education reform,there are more and more researches on teachers.However,the researchers pay more attention to the improvement of teachers' teaching ability,that is,how teachers can better teach,but there is less research on teachers' needs,especially there is less research on the needs of primary school teachers.This study starts with the needs of primary school teachers and tries to explore the current situation of primary school teachers' needs through interviews and questionnaire surveys,and proposes countermeasures to improve the needs of primary school teachers.This study uses Maslow's hierarchy of needs,teacher vision theory,and Schulman's knowledge concept as the theoretical basis.It also interviews primary school teachers to construct the need structure of primary school teachers,including five dimensions.The dimensions are survival needs,emotional needs,the others' approval needs,identity needs and professional development needs,On this basis,the preparation of primary school teachers need questionnaire,and project analysis and reliability test are needed to predict survival needs,emotional needs,the others' approval needs,identity needs.The questionnaires are revised to form a formal primary school teachers who need questionnaires.Then,questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers of S primary school,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis to explore the needs of current primary school teachers.The results show that :(1)In survival needs,there are no significant difference between different genders,ages,educational age,educational background,formal establishment,and primary school teachers with different titles.There is a significant difference in the primary school teachers of class teachers or not,and the level of teacher primary school teachers' satisfaction is larger than that of the headteachers.(2)In emotional needs,there are no significant differences between primary school teachers of different genders,ages,years of teaching,formal preparation,and titles;there are significant differences among primary school teachers of different academic qualifications,and the satisfaction level of primary school teachers with academic qualifications is greater than that of academic qualifications and below.The followingteachers have significant differences between primary school teachers who are the headteachers or not,and the level of satisfaction in the emotional needs of the primary school teachers who do not serve as the class teacher is greater than that of the headteachers.(3)In the others' approval needs,There are no significant differences among primary school teachers of different genders,ages,teaching ages,academic qualifications,whether they are class teachers or not,whether they are formally established,or have different titles.(4)In identity needs,There are no significant differences between primary school teachers of different ages,teaching age,academic qualifications,whether or not they are class leaders,and whether they are formally established or have different titles;there are significant differences between primary and secondary teachers of different genders,and the satisfaction level of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers.(5)In professional development needs,there are great differences between teachers of different teaching age in education concept,teacher professional knowledge,teacher professional competence,teacher professional development awareness and motivation and teacher professional development mode.According to the research conclusion,this study the study proposes corresponding countermeasures:Schools should give support to teachers and promote the satisfaction of teachers' need.Teachers should change their ideas and focus on independent development.Government departments should strengthen the support for primary school teachers;Improve social environment and form good social support.
