| Teacher professional development is an inevitable trend of international teacher professional development,and it is also the common direction and goal of education reform in all countries.With the continuous advancement of the new round of teaching reform,the status of primary school physical education has become more prominent,and at the same time higher requirements have been put forward for the professional quality and professional development of primary school physical education teachers.Primary school physical education teachers should lead students through their professional role.Scientific training,enhance physical fitness,promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of students,and lay the foundation for cultivating socialist builders with both physical and mental skills.The determination and promulgation of the "Professional Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)" puts forward standardized requirements for the depth and breadth of the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,and is an important reference standard for the training and reform of teachers’ professionalization in primary and secondary schools.Schools can use the "Professional Standards for Teachers" in primary and secondary schools as the basis for the ability and quality of teachers in schools,and make researches on professional training strategies corresponding to the "standards",so as to promote better professional development of physical education teachers in schools.This article is based on the perspective of primary school teachers’ professional standards,and uses the specific requirements of the "Teacher Professional Standards" and multiple policy documents issued by the Ministry of Education as the research basis.The article is mainly composed of four parts of research content.The first part is the introduction.The background and significance of the subject research are explained and introduced,and based on the theory of domestic and foreign research literature,starting from the two aspects of "teacher professional development" and "teacher professional standards",the concept of the subject research is comprehensively defined and summarized.The second part is the introduction of research objects and methods.This article takes primary school physical education teachers as the research objects,and uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,and mathematical statistics to conduct scientific research.The third part is the research results and analysis,mainly investigating and analyzing three aspects of research questions,namely the basic information of primary school physical education teachers,the professionalization of teachers(professional philosophy,professional knowledge,and professional abilities),teachers’ independent training and school professional training Happening.The fourth part is the research conclusions and recommendations.The research of this paper believes that the professional development of primary school physical education teachers needs to be improved,and the lack of awareness of teachers’ independent professional development and insufficient professional training in schools are important reasons for the professional development of primary school physical education teachers.Based on this This article combines the "Teacher Professional Standards" and puts forward suggestions for promoting the professional development of primary school physical education teachers from both the teachers themselves and the school. |
