The current higher education in China has reached the popularization,the employment of college students has been the continuous focus of the community in recent years.The quality evaluation of employment guidance and services provided by colleges has become an hot issue in recent years.Most of the current related researches are based on colleges and the entire social level and most of them are qualitative researches.Therefore,Attempt to research using theory and model of customer satisfaction,and think of students as career guidance service "Customers" is a theoretical exploration.Meanwhile,it can provide specific data and theoretical support for college employment guidance services from the practical level.Based on the definition of related concepts,the review of relevant theories,and the research status at home and abroad,this study is carried out by literature analysis,interview survey,questionnaire survey and various quantitative research methods.First,a conceptual model of university employment guidance service satisfaction is designed based on the Customer Satisfaction Index Model(ACSI model),7 latent variables are clarified and 10 hypotheses are put forward.At the same time,the scale and questionnaire are designed according to the actual situation and maturity scale,for example,the U.S.college student satisfaction scale,and the process and plan of the empirical stage are designed.After that,four universities in Jiangsu Province were selected to carry out empirical research.660 sample data were collected for sample analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,model estimation and test,model adjustment,and the relationship between variables in the study was obtained.Then conclusions are drawn through path analysis and multiple group analysis and discussion about the model of various types of students' universality are carried out.The main conclusions are as follows: the reliability and validity of the scale that designed is high,but still need to be optimized;the total level of the student satisfaction on university employment guidance service is not high,especially on employment guidance work support and employment goals achievement;students perceived value satisfaction in the job skills training and occupation career planning education is low;satisfaction of employment guidance service is mainly affected by the positive impact of employment guidance,and is also influenced by the perceived quality,school image,overall perceived quality and perceived value;the students' expectations have a direct positive effect on perceived quality of employment guide and an indirect effects on satisfaction;employment guidance service satisfaction has positive effect on students' loyalty;gender,achievement and the difference between the school affects the partial path coefficient.According to the research conclusion,put forward the following suggestions: construct institutional environment strategy attaches great importance to employment guidance satisfaction;pay attention to students' perception of quality in the process of employment guidance;create the personalized occupation career education with the whole process;promote the integrated development and opening of employment guidance service.With the aim of enhancing the Chinese employment under the "mobilization order" in the whole society,we should constantly transform ideas and mechanisms,and create a win-win situation among students,schools,enterprises and the society based on students.
