As the enrollment expansion policy of continuous implementation and development of mass higher education process,since 1977 to restore the university entrance exam,students move from favored to self-mockery brick,employment status fell sharply,just 40 years.The employment quality and satisfaction level of college students continue to decline,becoming a hot issue of social concern.With the growing number of graduates and the slightly lagging pressure of economic development in Anhui province,the employment quality and satisfaction levels of Anhui university students are not optimistic.In the study of foreign countries,the United States,Britain and Europe and other high levels of higher education in countries and regions,in the study of college students’ employment quality and satisfaction have a greater impact on social surveys.Taking the time axis of the research group as the clue,the author analyzes the development and changes of the research contents in the research group,and compares the research results of the major research groups.Finally,the author draws the employment quality and satisfaction of the university graduates The characteristics of the study.Finally,the domestic and foreign university employment quality and satisfaction research comparative analysis and evaluation,draw their own advantages and disadvantages.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter a mainly based on human capital theory,education screening theory,social capital theory and customer satisfaction theory as the cornerstone of the national and Anhui Province,the employment status of graduates as the main axis;To the Maslow level need theory and Martin Trow’s employment creation theory and finally to the European Foundation for the definition of employment quality as the empirical basis to determine the quality of employment in Anhui Province,the satisfaction index system.And then the quality index of college students in Anhui Province,the quality of the index system to reduce the dimension,which will be more refined to determine the five first-level indicators and respectively belong to the 26 secondary indicators.It basically determines the level of job satisfaction of college graduates in Anhui Province and the factors that can affect the quality of college students’ employment in Anhui Province.Anhui Province graduates employment quality satisfaction level and high,only 65.18%.From the perspective of five primary indicators,the impact of the satisfaction rate of college students’ employment in Anhui Province is: social security factor,work factor,work and non-work balance factor,work return factor and working relationship factor.And from the perspective of 26 secondary indicators,the quality of college students in Anhui Province,the main impact of job satisfaction is maternity insurance,wages,provident fund,employee trust,professional respect and professional match and other factors.The satisfaction rate of college students’ employment in Anhui Province is close to each other,but there are gender differences.The level of satisfaction of female college students is slightly higher than that of male college students,that is,female college students are more practical and reasonable than male students in career expectation and career orientation.Finally,from the four aspects of college students themselves,universities,enterprises and government,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction of college students ’quality of employment in Anhui Province: to promote the transition of the college students’ sense of identity in Anhui province;The government of Anhui province promotes the implementation of employment guarantee policy;The university of Anhui province emphasizes practical talents cultivation;Anhui enterprises enhance vocational training.
