Research On The Service Quality Of University Students' Employment Guidance

Colleges and universities are the main body of employment guidance for college students.The effect of employment guidance work affects the development of college students' career planning ability and employability,and it is related to whether the students can successfully obtain a job.The evaluation of employment guidance work has an important impact on the development level and the development direction of employment guidance work.In 2017,the National Standard “the Employment Guidance Service Standards for College Students” was officially promulgated,which standardized the service content,the service evaluation and the improvement measures of employment guidance services for university graduates.At the time of deepening the reform of employment guidance in colleges and universities,using the theory and method of service quality to investigate and analyze the current situation of employment guidance for college students will help to reflect on the employment guidance work,determine the focus of further reform,thus laying a good foundation for improving the quality of employment guidance work.Based on the survey of the coincidence between the perceived service quality and the expected service quality of college students' employment guidance work and with the help of the Service Quality Gap Analysis,the paper took the current situation of college students' employment guidance work as the research object,and designed the questionnaire on the status of quality assessment of the college students' employment guidance work.The results show that:(1)College students have higher expectations on the employment guidance provided by the universities and different satisfactions with reality.The expected value of providing network services for employment information is the highest;College students are most satisfied with the job fair held by the school.College students' satisfaction to the employment guidance offered by schools are of middle degree.College Students' expectation and satisfaction with career planning service items are low.(2)There is a significant gap between expectations and reality of employment guidance of college students.They have higher expectations on the establishment of employment information network and the release of employment information,while lower satisfactions with the actual situation.In order to narrow the gap between college students' expectations and reality,improve the service quality and enhance the service consciousness of employment guidance and improve the quality of employment guidance service continuously for college students,the study puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of employment guidance service for college students:(1)Improving the self cognition and professional cognition of service objects;(2)Constructing a diversified service entity;(3)Optimizing the employment guidance services.
