It is the main direction of higher education informatization development in the world to break the organizational boundary with online open courses and realize win-win cooperation among universities in talent training in the alliance.Since 2015,the ministry of education puts forward to encourage universities to develop online open courses teaching quality standards,to develop students enrolled in online courses for credit be established since the university online open courses for credit recognition of the present situation and the effect how,existing problems and causes,and what are the possible solutions?The research on these issues will help education authorities and universities to further understand the implementation status and effects of policies and provide references for improving the next implementation plan.In this thesis,we analyze the characteristics of online open courses and credit recognition policies of Chinese universities from four aspects of quality assurance system,credit recognition system,teacher incentive system and teaching management system.From the six dimensions which are "source of courses,teachers' workload calculation method,the introduction of external courses and platform standard,credit standards,credit authentication mode,construction and application dilemma",with a questionnaire survey that was conducted on the heads of teaching departments in colleges and universities.head of the department in charge of teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes and sums up the credit authentication of online open courses in colleges and universities the status quo and the effect of evaluation.Most colleges and universities internal self-built online open courses as the main sources of course,with liberal arts courses,public classes for mainstream online open courses teaching course type,with "online learning and offline nationwide examination" and "online learning and online with offline nationwide examination examination" as the main credit authentication,online open course credits charge standard basic consistent with traditional credit standards,or reduce by certain proportion.Some universities in China's online open courses related policy system of investigation and analysis,summed up the characteristics in formulate policies relating to online open courses in colleges and universities: the initial formation of the three-level online open courses related policy system from the state to the provinces to the universities,online open course credits that alliance or regional characteristics,the university and union online open course credit authentication mode diversification characteristic is obvious.This thesis choose A college as the object of case study,through analyzing the related policy and,head of the department in charge of the teaching and teacher interviews,specific investigation of the current situation of the construction of the school online open courses,the present situation in the policy and the trouble.Finally,according to the three levels which are policy,funds and technology,the paper summarizes the countermeasures and Suggesgetions to promote the long-term development of credit identification of online open courses in colleges and universities in China.
