The Research On The Expectation Of Genearch For Home Consociation Of Country Kindergarten In Hebei Province

Home consociation is the cooperation between kindergarten,family and genearch,which is a two-way interaction for promoting children' healthy development through mutual respect,willing and cheerful cooperation,rational combing and optimize resources between family and kindergarten.The genearch is important to home consociation.Learning the expectation of genearch for home consociation is also helpful for guiding kindergarten and teacher to conduct home consocu.This research learned the expectation of home consociation of rural infants' parents in Hebei Province and analyze its characteristic through questionnaire survey and interview in order to seeing problems,offering suggestions and perfect home consocia-tion.According to the research,there are several factors affect the expectation of home consociation of country infants' genearch of Hebei Province,including genearch's attitude to home consociation,genearch's satisfaction to home consociation,home consociation's real level.In conclusion,there are four characterristics for country infants' genearch of Hebei Province towards the expectation of home consociation.(1)Genearch's expectation for home consociation is extremely unequal to home consociation's real level.(2)The female genearch's expectation for home consociation is higher.(3)Genearch's expectation for home consociation will decrease while they need to give.(4)Genearch's expectation for home consociation is normally lower in all respects.There are five suggestions to improve home consociation according to the Hebei genearch's expectation.(1)Mending the expectation of home consociation for country infants' genearch.(2)genearch's participation should be enriched.(3)Improve the quality of home consociation.(4)Strengthen the interaction between genearch and teacher during the kindergarten's activities.(5)Improve the construction of home conscociation management Mechanism.
