The Kindergarten Genearch Education Issue, Case Of Formation And Strategy Research

The genearch education is one of the important tasks of kindergarten management, and it is also a prominent issue in kindergarten education reform during recent years, the changing of function and format is attracting increasing attention from people. The genearches have already come to the realization that kids' education shall not be regarded as kindergarten education only, but also the kids' family education, which is an important part of kids' education. The kindergartens must get all the support and cooperation from genearch if they want to achieve the expected educational results. The good genearch education can effectively establish good relationship between family and kindergarten, promote healthy growth of the kids, and facilitate the survival and development of the kindergartens. In order to build a more favorable platform for kids' healthy growth, the kindergartens should be aware and properly handle the relationships between kindergarten and family, kindergarteners and genearches, with an aim to effectively improving the awareness of joint education by family and kindergarten of kindergarteners and genearches, and successfully soliciting the participation of genearch in the kids' education.In China, the party and government always attach importance to kids' education, and regard the kids' education work as the important element of socialist education undertakings. At the different stage of social and economic development, they set focused targets for the development of national children's education according to the national conditions, and set up a series of guidelines and policies to ensure the realization of the targets for children's education, which serve as powerful policy assurance to significantly accelerate China's children education's reform and development.However, during the reform of kindergarten education, some issues have gradually emerged, and have not got addressed. For example, in today's increasing competition in the kindergartens, genearch are playing a very different role in kids' education compared with twenty or thirty years ago. Genearches' education level, educational awareness/capability and the requirement for kindergarten have changed remarkably. No doubt, all of these changes have brought new challenges to kindergarten's decision-making process. As a field kids' educator, I am not immune to such changing environment during my work, therefore, I have tried to utilize this learning opportunity to make an overall and systemic analysis of the subject of kindergarten's work on genearch.This paper consists of 4 major parts.
