In order to adapt to the development of economy and society and perfect the higher education system,some colleges and universities are in the process of application-oriented transformation.Teaching quality is an important foundation for the transformation of colleges and universities,students are the beneficiaries of the transformation,and learning satisfaction is an important index to evaluate the success of the transformation.It is of great significance to improve the quality of education and teaching in Hebei province by investigating and researching the learning satisfaction of the pilot universities of transformation in Hebei province.On the basis of combing the theory of customer satisfaction and total quality management and drawing on the research results from home and abroad,this paper,based on the idea of students as the center,scientifically designs the questionnaire index system of learning satisfaction.In this paper,the expected graduates from 10 pilot universities for transitional development in Hebei province were investigated for empirical investigation,and the data were statistically analyzed from the aspects of school image,students' expectation,perceived quality,students' complaint and student loyalty by using SPSS17.0,Excel and other related software.Based on the results of the survey and the suggestions of the students on the school teaching and other aspects,the paper expounds the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the learning satisfaction.The results of this study are as follows:1.The overall learning satisfaction of the 10 pilot universities for transitional development in Hebei province is in a higher degree,and the students' expectation of the teaching level and the teaching management level are also in higher degrees,but the students do have some complaints and dissatisfaction about the school.2.There are some differences in curriculum and teaching,practical teaching,learning environment,teaching management,campus security and personal development of 10 pilot universities for transitional development in Hebei province.3.In addition to “identity of student cadres,family location”,the student's gender,political status,parental education level,family economic situation,admission major,and the major studying now have a significant impact to the overall satisfaction.4.The focus of students on school teaching is mainly practical teaching,teacher teaching,school curriculum and so on,while students pay attention to other work of school mainly in public facilities,student dormitories,school canteens and so on.5.Learning motivation,learning input and overall learning satisfaction are positively correlated,learning motivation and learning input have a significant predictive function for overall satisfaction,and the three factors are interrelated and interact.According to the research results,the following suggestions are obtained: First,universities should improve the training mode and the training quality.Second,universities should optimize the structure of the teachers and build a team of double teachers.Third,universities shall understand the needs of students and make real changes;Fourth,universities shall transfer attention to the development of students;Fifth,universities should use the satisfaction survey to improve the quality of teaching;Sixth,based on educational data,universities should carry out college research.
