A Study On The Construction Of Social Support Network For The Elderly In The Pension Institutions

This study through the investigation and assessment of elderly self-care support on W Social Welfare Institute,has found that self-care for the elderly social support network is imperfect,embodied in the academy and the friends of the interpersonal conflict,and conflict and lack of care along by volunteers and social support etc..Combined with the trend of aging in our country and the expansion of the elderly population,and the status of social support for the elderly,there is a need for social workers to intervene.The W welfare above specific problems the elderly care,through the assessment of the needs and problems of the elderly themselves,the social support network of the following four aspects: peer group support,care workers,volunteers and social workers support Under the guidance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the author tries to use the method of group work to do practical research and exploration.Open all the way with you hand in hand,"social support network construction group,respectively,facilitate the construction of social supporting network from peers,workers,volunteers and social workers.Through the specific activities such as communication and cooperation,we try to make the members understand the importance of social support,and get a better social support network.Based on the social construction of self-care for the elderly to summarize and evaluate the team's support network,the author affirms the group work to the pension institutions of the elderly social support effectiveness of the network construction,especially the elderly to expand communication,enhance exchanges and support and build support has a great help.
