| "Grandparents education",this word has burst into the public view,as a hot topic.This paper tries to use the task-center model as a case intervention method,with a teenager who is raised by grandparents as the client.This paper is going to explore whether the task-center model is effective in this kind of interventions.First of all,by three steps: setting out the problem-sorting the problem-solving the problem,finding the main problem is – the wrong way of education has been taking the“storage effect”,leading to the outburst of rebellious and the seriousness of study-wearied.Meanwhile,work together with the client to pick out the main issues as the object of intervention.Secondly,intervening two aspects,one is the personal aspect,the other one is the environmental aspect.Guide the client to participate in the process of making tasks and complete the tasks initiative positively.Then correcting the learning tasks continuously,taking in the new tasks continuously,so that the various of tasks can serve the targets better.Finally,it is concluded that the task center model is effective for interventions in this kind of client.Meanwhile,the author tries to summarize the service experience of the case work and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the task-center model in the study.Advantages are mainly reflected in: efficient,not only to enable social workers to always clear the service objectives,clear every step of the service plan,but also to enable clients to have a clear understanding of the problem,feel every successful completion from the program experience,enhance self-confidence step by step.Inadequacies mainly include:(1)Improper use of this method will affect the effectiveness of the service;(2)The client can’t accept the structural help;(3)The goals to change can’t be achieved through the task;(4)It demands high individual abilities of social workers. |
