With the continuous development of the times economy,the educational goals of the technical school are developing continuously,and the training mode of "employment oriented" is transformed into the "ability oriented" training mode.Faced with the transformation of training mode,employment guidance work is particularly important,and the teaching and service of employment guidance course has become an urgent need for skilled workers.First of all,the employment guidance course as one of the employment guidance work,the teaching effect of the classroom directly affects the students' job selection and employment,and directly affects the quality of employment guidance.Secondly,in order to effectively improve the timeliness of employment guidance courses,it is also indispensable to provide more and better employment services for students.At present,the students of technical school have strong professional knowledge,high technical content,but lack of employment experience,limited knowledge ability and lack of dedication and dedication in the process of employment,which lead to the instability of the students' later development.These shortcomings reflect the problem that the technical school must strengthen the quality of the employment guidance to further improve the training goal,so that the teachers participating in the employment guidance can strengthen the concept of professionalization,the formation of the glamour of the expert,and promote the continuous development of the students' professional ability.This study takes the senior technical school of Shaanxi Engineering Science and technology as an example to investigate the present situation of the employment guidance courses in the technical school,the teaching situation of the employment guidance teachers,the students' understanding and demand for the employment guidance course,and the employment service provided by the school for the students.Through literature review and interviews with teachers,staff and students,it is found that the employment guidance courses offered by technical schools are included in the teaching plan,but it is not considered as a cultural lesson.Although the school is equipped with a certain team of teachers in the course of teaching,the employment guidance work also provides some help for the preparation and employment of the students,but the quality of employment guidance is not good.It is mainly reflected in the gap between the employment guidance curriculum and the actual needs of students,and the effect of employment guidance is not satisfactory.The lack of specialization in teaching methods and the immature concept of students' employment.Secondly,the employment guidance service for the students is single and scattered,and the lack of personalized service leads to the phenomenon of "high employment rate and low satisfaction rate" after students' graduation.Facing these problems,we propose strategies for improving the quality of employment guidance through research and demonstration.For example,we should combine thematic teaching with individual guidance,strengthen the training of students' examination techniques for employment,strengthen the effect of interactive teaching by combining work with engineering,strengthen the training of students' core professional ability,strengthen the education of students' career planning,strengthen the strength of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and improve the quality of the whole course service education.And improve the post-tracking service system.These strategies have greatly improved the "high employment rate and low satisfaction rate" in the current employment outcomes.It is a challenging task to improve the quality of employment guidance for students to complete their studies at school,to be able to work smoothly after graduation,to accurately locate their own development and to seek for better development.From the angle of management post,this paper combs the existing problems in the employment guidance work of the technical school according to the theory of professional anchor,the theory of demand level and the theory of career planning,so as to improve the shortage of employment guidance.The employment behavior and the employment status of being single and partial are instilled to students.At the same time,I hope that the school leaders can increase the importance of employment guidance work and provide better employment guidance services for students' long-term and stable employment.How to comprehensively optimize and improve the quality of employment guidance,guide,help and support skilled workers to achieve their ideal of life is the innovation of this paper.
