Research On The Professional Setting Of Beijing Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Coordinated Development Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

As an important growth pole in our country’s participation in global competition,the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region has attracted much attention.With the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development strategy,the three industrial structure of Beijing Tianjin Hebei has been upgraded on the basis of complementary advantages,which has laid an important foundation for regional economic integration.The upgrading of the industrial structure will undoubtedly affect the Beijing Tianjin Hebei regional human capital demand,along with the change of Beijing city industry,great changes have taken place in the development of Beijing industrial technical talents,and the quality of the technology industry talents demand has also undergone a shift,two changes in industry demand for talent the specialty of Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing city is put forward new demands,the specialty of Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing city is already unable to meet the talent demand of Beijing City Industrial Development under the new industry positioning.In this new situation,the higher vocational colleges in Beijing need to adjust and optimize the professional setting and promote the construction of professional connotation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the professional setting of Beijing Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper adopts literature research method,investigation method,inductive method and other research methods,a detailed analysis of the status quo and future development trend of specialty setting in 24 Vocational Colleges in Beijing City,Beijing City,the current situation of industrial structure and industry,the study found that on the basis of professional: 24 Higher Vocational colleges in Beijing is generally good,but there are also some problems,specific performance: the lack of top-level design,professional structure and industrial structure are not high;Beijing new industry positioning professional setting and adaptability of the coordinated development of industry;professional high repetition rate,and the Beijing new industry positioning industry development,professional setting is less;part of higher vocational professional setting characteristic is not distinct and for the Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development to help small.Based on the above problems,this paper tries to adhere to the Beijing city industry positioning under the market-oriented principle,on the basis of cooperative principle,based on the collaborative development of dislocation characteristic principle,based on the collaborative development process of forward-looking principles on the four principles,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the professional setting of Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing City: strengthen top-level design clear the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development in Beijing city itself;adapt to the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei needs to adjust and optimize the professional setting;based on the characteristics of Beijing City,to create a local specialty group;the establishment of early warning mechanism of regulation of professional setting.
