The Development Of Higher Education In Hebei Province Under The Background Of Coordinated Development Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Countermeasures

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergy has risen to a national strategy.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei education synergy and the shortcomings of higher education in Hebei have attracted more and more attention from experts and people of insight.Based on a review of theoretical and practical research on higher education management,higher education development,education,and family backgrounds at home and abroad,this article reviews the development process,status quo,and results of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education.Under the background of the implementation of major strategies,a research framework for the relationship between the development of higher education in Hebei Province and the environment,economic development conditions,and family background of students in the region is established.Based on the literature analysis method,qualitative analysis method,and questionnaire survey method,and based on more than 10,000 questionnaires from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei universities,nearly 2,000 questionnaires from Hebei universities were studied through screening.The present situation of the development of provincial higher education is analyzed and explained,and the problems existing in the development of higher education in Hebei are put forward.Based on the analysis and research,this article discusses the countermeasures for the development of higher education in Hebei Province,and proposes countermeasures for the development of higher education in Hebei in the new era from the two levels of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Hebei Province.From the perspective of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Hebei Province should actively integrate into the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,work closely with Beijing-Tianjin to set up a collaborative institution of higher education,and further build a regional talent and innovation community.Through the construction of Xiong'an University Promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education,and eventually move towards the urbanization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher education.From the perspective of Hebei Province,Hebei should accurately locate the educational function of the province in accordance with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and actively develop distinctive higher education;adhere to the strategy of independent cultivation and flexible introduction of talents;universities should open source and reduce expenditures to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of education funds;Build a university innovation ecosystem,improve the ability of university science and technology innovation,and eliminate the "Matthew Effect" in higher education.
