The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become a major development strategy for the country.The theoretical research on the professional development of teachers in the tertiary vocational colleges,is not only a theoretical breakthrough ofteacher professional development problems,but also an important boost to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy in the field of higher vocational education.The research object ofthis article is the higher vocational college teachers’ professional development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The literature method,survey method,interview method and other research methods are used.Through researching the present situation in higher vocational college teachers’ professional development ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei,I found that the lack of sharing ideas and consciousness in teachers’ professional development,collaborative teacher professional development ability insufficiency,the cooperation between colleges and enterprise in collaborative sharing of teacher training is limited and lack of coordination of relevant guarantee mechanism and so on.The main reasons for these problems include that job burnout in higher vocational teachers,lack of awareness of the professional development of cooperative teachers;the daily teaching tasks of teachers are too heavy to participate in the training of professional development.The relevant policies are imperfect and the coordination mechanism is not sound;lack of financial funds and basic interests of teachers;the cooperative development channel of teachers’ professional development in the three places of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has not been reached yet.According to the above problem,this article,based on Shared interests,put forward some advance paths in higher vocational college teachers’ professional development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from four levelsof the government,higher vocational colleges,enterprises,industry and individual teacher.Government should establish a leading group on teachers’ professional development in higher vocational colleges in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It should increase investment in financial resources and improve the mechanism for protecting teachers’ interests in the three places of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.It should establish and improve the system of teachers’ professional development in the three fields of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiprovince.The higher vocational college should establishand improve the teachers’ professional development system in the three places of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational college,and use various forms of organization in the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.To deepen the cooperation among school and enterprises in the region,and establish a cross-regional exchange and cooperation learning community for the development of teachers’ professional development in the three fields of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational college.To build a resource sharing platform for teachers in the three fields of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei vocational college,and promote the coordinated development of teachers’ professional development in the three places.Enterprise should play the main role and set up special funds to set up professional technical research and development centers and teachers’ professional training bases within enterprises.The industry association should lead the development and training of teachers in higher vocational colleges and enhance the guiding role of the industry and the professional development of teachers.Teachers should strengthen professional development consciousness,establish lifelong learning idea.Cooperate with teacher professional development so that improve professional practice ability.
