Since 2015,the government work report has mentioned social work for four years,which has,to a certain extent,strengthened the society's awareness of social work.With the social transformation and the increase and intensification of social contradictions,the traditional management mode of the government cannot fully meet the needs of all sectors of society.At this time,the introduction of social work and the development of professional social work organizations are particularly urgent.However,according to the author's observation and literature research,it is found that the current social work organizations in Wuhan is facing a low degree of job satisfaction and serious brain drain.This has brought great challenges to the follow-up development of social work organizations.The negative effects of such phenomena are as follows:First,there is a mixture of talents in social work organizations,and a number of non-professional workers serve as social workers,on the one hand,it fails to show the professionalism of social work.on the other hand,the talent fault directly affects the service quality and service goals of the organization.Secondly,Social work staff have low job satisfaction and frequent loss.It is a negative suggestion for those who are engaged in or will be engaged in social work,directly affect their psychological and emotional,lose their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for social work,and even change their future career direction.Third,it will make the service object and even society reduce the recognition of social work,resulting in a crisis of confidence in social worker service,it directly affects the sustainable development of the industry.This article refers to important concepts in the theory of The Mobley intermediary chain model: employee job satisfaction,focusing on the job satisfaction of social workers in social work organizations in Wuhan.Explored the influencing factors of employee satisfaction from five aspects : the background information of the workers,the satisfaction of their own work,the internal communication and management of the organization,the organization's resource environment and the work return and development.On this basis,I was discussed and analyzed the reasons for the significant correlation.According to the reasons,from the government,the organization,the individual three levels put forward own thought and the proposal to improve employee job satisfaction in WuHan social work institutions.
