| At present,in the transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,some rural communities are still faced with problems such as lack of village organization,weak cohesion and market competitiveness,lack of endogenous motivation,and lack of sustainability.Farmer organization is one of the important means to deal with these problems.Guided by the theory of empowerment and the model of regional development,this paper conducts a case study to explore the strategy of social work intervening in the cultivation of self-organization of rural communities.First of all,social work is resource-oriented and demand-oriented to empower individuals,constantly exploring and integrating community resources,awakening community residents’ awareness of participation and development,and promoting the improvement of individual abilities.Secondly,it takes participation and coordination as the method to increase the power of the organization,constantly coordinating to promote the fit between the needs of self-organizing managers and villagers,so as to attract more members and villagers to join,promote residents’ participation by means of resource mobilization during industrial adjustment,and consolidate the organizational platform by taking the opportunities of agricultural events and festivals.Third,in order to realize self development as the goal increases the power of community,community education and training is given priority to upgrade the management and the establishment mechanism,the can successfully realize the cultivation,transformation and development of community self-organization and feedback,and to alleviate rural livelihood sustainable development is insufficient internal impetus driving,low level of industrialization,weak market competitiveness,such as large risk potential problems.The effectiveness evaluation shows that the successful cultivation and transformation practice of "JF Ecological Agricultural Cooperative" in M Village has indeed played corresponding functions and effects,and this effect is not short and rapid,but sustainable development.The intervention experience of social workers in M village community self-organization cultivation shows that the focus of rural community construc tion is shifted from material support level such as increasing the income of community residents and improving basic living conditions to the restoration and reconstruction of community relations and the repair and expansion of community self-organization system.The study also found that social work involved in the process of self-organization cultivation and development of rural communities is also faced with deficiencies.First,project resources are limited and external resource links encounter difficul ties;The second is to cultivate the professional social work in the development process of the project to alleviate the difficulties;Third,social workers’ awareness in rural communities is not high;Fourth,the development of social work institutions an d the building of professional personnel.To this,this article puts forward the improved scheme design and the professionalism of the personnel,enhance the ability of the integration of resource mobilization,and improve the quality of the professional services of tissue cultivation work,improve the project and the optimum path of social work of professional recognition,in order to through the study of social work intervention in rural community self-organizing path,edge effects,cultivating methods an d optimize the path,For professional social work intervention and national rural community self-organizing path of practical experience and theoretical reference,and the development of the local social work mechanism and the talent team construction usin g the feasible Suggestions are put forward,further boosting rural revitalization of the smooth implementation of the strategy,implementation "agriculture,countryside and farmers rich" render the country revitalization of the great vision and contribution. |
