The Study On The Cultivation Of Professional Quality Of Skilled Talents Based On Modern Apprenticeship System

In August 2015,the General Office of the Ministry of Education announced the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units and the second batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units in August 2017,which means the modern apprenticeship system in China is advancing steadily.New matching conditions have been put forward in terms of ability and professional quality.The development strategies of China made in 2025,Belt and Road and other countries need highly skilled personnel with professional qualities as their support.In the face of market demand and severe forms of employment,It is an responsibility for vocational education to improve the professional quality of skilled personnel.The modern apprenticeship system of the cooperation between school and enterprise provides the system foundation for the cultivation of skilled talents,and the cultivation of the professional quality of skilled talents under the background of modern apprenticeship system policy conforms to the national policy orientation,which is the realistic demand for promoting the employment of students in vocational colleges.It is also the embodiment of the function and essence of vocational education.This paper takes the training of professional quality as the research object,starting from three aspects: problem analysis,comparative exploration and countermeasure discussion.Firstly,it defines "professional quality","apprenticeship system","skilled talents",and puts forward the definition of "professional personality".The professional accomplishment structure of professional ideal,spirit,consciousness,professional psychology and knowledge,work,coexistence,survival and development is the main content.The investigation method is used to investigate the present situation of the cultivation of professional quality.It is found that there are some problems such as "deviation in understanding of connotation and training value","lack of systematic and holistic planning","absence of training subject,difficulty of cooperation between schools and enterprises","imperfect evaluation system",and so on.The main reasons are "the problem of necessity under the influence of utilitarian value orientation","the lack of long-term education mechanism","the historic obstacle to long-term cooperation between schools and enterprises","the lack of subjectivity in cultivation".In the exploration of comparative research,In the historical evolution of Germany's apprenticeship system,the characteristics of professional quality training are summed up,which are "training based on market demand","government attaches importance to it,enterprise is leading," The Enlightenment of the Education system of the Trade Association,the standardized training Program and the examination system.In the background of the modern apprenticeship system,this paper puts forward scientific planning to improve the training efficiency,to build a platform to enhance the training value,and to improve the training efficiency through scientific planning in the context of the modern apprenticeship system.In order to perfect the system,to consolidate the foundation of cultivation,to perfect the driving force of cultivation mechanism,and to expand the cultivation path of new space by innovative way.
