Study On Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode Of SX Railway Institute

The manufacturing industry is the main basis of the national economy and the foundation of the country.In order to achieve the Made in China 2025,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of People's Republic of China,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People's Republic of China and other Departments jointly prepared the "guidance for the development of manufacturing talents" on 24 February 2017.The guidance calls for "accelerating the integration of industry and education'' and "encouraging industry enterprises to participate in the training of talents."At the same time,China is making great efforts to develop rail transit system and enter the "high-speed railway era".With the acceleration of railway modernization,the problem of the talent bottleneck is becoming more and more obvious,and the railway-major related talents are in short supply in general,so it is a great challenge for the higher vocational colleges to train a large number of high-quality railway technicians.The technical talents needed for the development of modern railway should not only be "practical and operational" skilled personnel,but also be high-quality talents with good professional spirit,moral quality and sustainable developing ability.The quality of higher vocational education has the most important priority in the situation of high-quality and technical talents being in short supply.The training mode of talents in higher vocational colleges plays a decisive role in the quality of higher vocational education.At present,due to the different vocational education environment in different countries,China can not directly copy the mature foreign apprenticeship training mode.There are still many problems to be solved in the process of carrying out the training mode of modern apprenticeship in China.In addition,for a higher vocational education institute,different professional curriculum systems and personnel training goals have different requirements for personnel training programmes.The higher vocational colleges and enterprises must ensure that the higher vocational colleges can cultivate high-quality and skilled personnel to meet the needs of enterprises.Based on the advanced experience of the domestic and foreign vocational education personnel training mode,this paper tries to explore how the SX Railway Institute can cooperate with enterprises to build modern apprenticeship system.This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the typical talent training mode at home and abroad by comparing the Britain Internship System,German Duality System and new Apprenticeship System in Australia to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the selection of elements and educational value orientation of the modern apprenticeship system of the SX Railway Institute.Through the analysis of the talent training mode in SX Railway Institute,try to find out the problems of talent training in SX Railway Institute,and the necessity of selecting the modern apprenticeship training modeis also proved.Based on the environmental factors of talent training in SX Railway Institute,this paper expounds the reason why SX Railway Institute should implement the modern apprenticeship training mode,and determines that the modern apprenticeship system is the best talent training mode for SX Railway Institute.The paper expounds the administrative management system,teaching operation mechanism,curriculum system and teaching mode of the modern apprenticeship system of SX Railway Institute.At the same time,the second-level college of architectural engineering is taken as an example to design a modern apprenticeship training mode.Finally,the effect of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship training mode of the SX Railway Institute was evaluated.Through sufficient argumentation,this paper shows that the modern apprenticeship is the best choice for the talent training mode of SX Railway Institute.The modern apprenticeship system of the SX Railway Institute has a positive effect on the promotion and introduction of modern apprenticeship system in other railway vocational colleges.
