Research On The Training Methods Of Economics&Managements College Students’ Entrepreneurial Ability

On a global scale, the entrepreneurship is not only the important basis of economicdevelopment but also the economic base of the global economic development, knowledge andcultural fusion. In this context, in order to adapt to the era of knowledge economy developmentdemands, its economic value and social value，the university students’ innovative undertaking is rise.However, higher education has entered popular education stage, as the sharply growing number ofcollege students, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious.Therefore, the college students’ entrepreneurial advantage of promoting employment byentrepreneurship has become the focus of attention, and research on college students’entrepreneurial ability is particularly necessary. But, in Shanxi Province, within the scope of eachcollege to university student’s entrepreneurial ability training is still continuation of the previouscollege training mode, did not highlight the local characteristics of Shanxi Province and trainingmode also lack a certain feasibility and operability.This paper based on previous literature, targeted chose the students of economics andmanagement major in Taiyuan city as the research object, and the integrated use of literaturemethod, questionnaire survey and depth interview method, Delphi method, hope to get targeted andfeasible conclusion.This paper mainly divides into five chapters.The first chapter, the author reviewed the related literature at home and abroad about thecollege students’ entrepreneurial ability, expounds the research purpose and research significance,the research method of this paper is determined.The second chapter, on the basis of literature research, the author compiled the questionnairesof Taiyuan5undergraduate students of colleges and universities operate business status quo, usingquestionnaire survey, through the analysis and comparison, draw the status in quo of Taiyuanundergraduate students of economics and management operate business, mainly embodied in theentrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial environment and the understanding of entrepreneurship.The third chapter, in view of the charge in Taiyuan city of students’ ability of weak currentsituation, the author analyses its reasons from the aspects of personal aspects, colleges anduniversities, the government.The fourth chapter, first of all, the author using the depth interview method to interviewsuccessful entrepreneurs, and further put forward structure assumption of college students’entrepreneurial ability of administration in Taiyuan city. Secondly, using the Delphi method, thethree rounds of expert consultation, eventually come to Taiyuan city college students’entrepreneurial ability of administration structure is: learning practice force, opportunity grasp force, frustration compressive resistance, resources integration, organization and management force.The fifth chapter, in view of the structure of Taiyuan city college students’ entrepreneurialability of administration, the author puts forward the five Suggestions of promoting Taiyuan collegestudents’ entrepreneurial ability of administration: rich off-campus practical activities, improvecollege students’ learning practice force; Reform talents training mode, cultivate studentsopportunities to grasp force; Strengthen entrepreneurship adversity, shaping college students’frustration compressive resistance; Update ideas to broaden horizon, strengthen college students’resources integration; Perfect entrepreneurial ecology chain, strengthen college students’organization and management force.Through the above research, the author expected in the research, on the basis of Taiyuan citycollege students’ entrepreneurial ability of administration, in order to further improve collegestudents’ entrepreneurial ability of administration to contribute their strength.
