With the continuous innovation of technology and social development and progress,more and more electronic products into our lives,children too early contact with these electronic products,very easy to rely on or indulge in,thus affecting life and learning.The related research pointed out that the school-age children generally have the phenomenon of inattention,and attention to the growth of children is particularly important,the improvement of children’s attention is conducive to the improvement of their learning ability,which is conducive to improving academic performance,promote the healthy growth of children.In this study,the author investigated the status of attention stability of five or six grade students in W School of Shanxi Province,using the questionnaire of "attention test" compiled by Yin Hengchan,and selected 8 students with unsatisfactory attention stability score as the object of social work.Using the intervention method of group social work,this paper studies and explores the theory and practice of the attention stability of school-age children,and aims to explore the ways and methods of improving the attention stability of preschool children in the light of social learning theory and using the method of group society.It provides the theoretical and practical reference for the latter to carry out the educational practice activities of school-age children.After the group conclusion,the author conducted the process evaluation and effect evaluation of the group,and the results showed that the attention stability of 8 members was improved to some extent.The author has concluded that: from the implementation of appropriate contract and reward system,the scientific training methods and school-age children’s psychological characteristics and ability of the combination,and the form ofgame design in group activities to enhance school-age children’s attention stability.This study uses group social work methods to explore how to improve the attention stability of school-age children and how to combine social learning theory with group practice.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.Group Social work has a good effect on improving the attention stability of school-age children.2.Group social work involvement in the promotion of attention stability in school-age children has limitations.3.The theory of social learning has a strong practical guiding significance in improving the attention of school-age children.4.The methods and ways of improving the attention stability of school-age children are of significance to the education of schools and children’s family.
