China is the country with the largest number of children. At the same time, children also have many problems, which have a great impact on their growth and family. In 2016,the focus of family education in China ranked third in the family education of children aged 4-6,accounting for 33.6%;in the family education of children aged 7-18,the focus ranked ninth, accounting for 45.3%.Children's lack of concentration can lead to many problems affecting their studies and lives.Failure to concentrate can have a serious negative impact on children's learning and life.Social work intervention in improving the attention of school-age children can give full play to their unique professional advantages.Guided by group dynamics theory and social learning theory, this study adopts group work method to select attention enhancement group for school-age children as the research object.Provide professional social work services for X teenager space school children in XX community.Firstly,42 subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and four dimensions of attention quality were tested: attention stability, attention span, attention distribution and attention transfer dimension: pre-test and post-test questionnaires were used to detect the changes of data before and after intervention in the control group and the experimental group. Finally, combined with SPSS statistical results, the effectiveness of intervention in team work was analyzed.By comparing the experimental group with the control group, the author understands that the average scores of attention stability in the experimental group are 22.77273 and30.40909 respectively before and after the experiment. The average scores of attention span before and after the experiment were 86.36364 and 112.1818,respectively.The average scores of attention transfer before and after the experiment were 98.04545 and157.3636,respectively.The average scores of attention allocation before and after the experiment were 14.54545 and 33.5 respectively. There were significant differences in the four dimensions(P < 0.05).The average scores of attention stability in the control group were 22.2 and 22.3 before and after the experiment, respectively. The average scores of attention span before and after the experiment were 90.2 and 91.55 respectively. The average scores of attention transfer before and after the experiment were 91.35 and 91.85 respectively. The average scores of attention allocation before and after the experiment were 12.2 and 14.1 respectively.Among them, there were significant differences in attention distribution(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in attentionstability, attention span and attention transfer(P > 0.05).This shows that through the intervention of social workers, the four dimensions of school-age children's attention have been strengthened, and the methods of social work are likely to effectively intervene in the growth services of such children.
