Since the implementation of the family planning policy,the proportion of single-child in the China's population is growing,the problem of single-child has been widespread concern in society,and cooperation is also one of the focuses of children's socialization.Due to the special environment of growing up,the single-child of school age has some problems such as self-centered consciousness,which bring up the lack of cooperation.In this paper,the group work intervention,combined with the research done by predecessors,the single-child of lack cooperation ability as preschool intervention object,explore the applicability of interventional effect of handcrafting group on children's cooperative ability and method,to provide practical reference for development and localization of children social work.Based on the theory of social learning and the theory of group dynamics,this paper mainly promotes the cooperation ability of children.This paper will be divided into three stages: the first is the improvement of Cooperative Cognition,which is mainly based on the change of the handcrafting activities and the cultivation of the cognition of the parties to the cooperation.The second is a rich client cooperation emotion,mainly through the cooperation and conflict in hand to increase team cooperation for the main case of emotional experience,develop the necessary emotional cooperation,lay the foundation for cooperation to enhance the ability of emotion.The third is the training of cooperative skills,mainly through the manual activities to enhance the ability of the main expression and other related skills,enhance the ability of cooperation from the master.The main conclusions of this paper are: children group cooperation ability can be improved by the method of related services;group work can improve the school-age child's ability to cooperate,service has a certain effect;the handcrafting method group because of its particularity in children has certain applicability.But at the same time due to the localization of social work and the author's own ability and etc.in practice encountered professional and interest conflicts,practice is limited and other issues.The development of children's team work localization need to try and adjust constantly.
