Intervention Research On Overcoming The Difficult Floating Children's Peer Interaction By The Model Of Transactional Analysis

In this paper,the collection of data in the form of participant observation and in-depth interviews,guidance on the theory of interaction analysis model,using the team work method to two companions exchanges difficulties "introverted" floating children professional intervention,individual issues to be included in the group,pay attention to the contact interaction with team members to resolve the problem.This paper mainly focuses on three aspects,which can help the "introverted" mobile children to overcome the difficulties of peer communication and form a positive pattern of communication.First,find your own strengths and overcome your inferiority complex.From the early group activities,from the "self-portrait" and "appearance",then from "my commendation congress" find yourself "advantages and disadvantages,understand how to make full use of self advantage;Consciously increase the number of performances and speeches of service objects,and enhance the relationship between service objects and group members;Through the "lifeline","love is you" find the advantages and shortcomings of other members,increase self-confidence,to overcome self-abased psychology,from the status of "change" to establish himself in the team.By carrying out activities,the "introverted" members find self-advantage and overcome self-inferiority.Second,correct cognitive bias,overcome suspicion and shyness.By using the interaction analysis model of "cross the interaction of the form" and "hidden interaction form" technique,design "role play","under attack" similar activities,correct service object cognitive biases toward others,overcome their suspicion;Through the intervention of "dead man's knot" and "man chair",overcome shyness and make "introverted" members communicate more positively with others.After the activity,the "introverted" members removed the suspicion and overcame the shyness.Third,learn the skill of communication and form a benign pattern.The other major reason for the difficulty of service partners is lack of communication skills.Through "communication skills-professor","moving water circle-scenario simulation","and the leadership communication,sublimation" to help the members of the communication difficulties to master skills and methods;The "free game--benign pattern" helps "introverted" children to form positive patterns of communication.Get the effect: learn how to communicate.The study found that the interactive analysis model played a positive role in overcoming the difficulties of the children of mobile children.But the model also has some shortcomings in practice,which may be better if it is combined with social system theory.In addition,social workers should not simply act as a facilitator when working in groups using interactive analysis.
