In the context of continuous urbanization,more and more rural residents choose to live in cities,and the number of migrant children also keeps increasing.The peer communication of migrant children also affects their urban integration and early socialization of children.This paper,taking shenzhen city as the research object,the flow of the X community children found by previous visits,although the problems existing in the floating children in your peers each are not identical,but also has a certain generality,including your peers initiative is poor,poor language communication ability,lack of confidence in your peers,and there are some problems such as cognitive biases.In order to promote the ability of the floating children your peers,this study based on principles of voluntary service object,out of eight floating children as the intervention of social work service object,to social learning theory and the mirror I theory as the instruction,based on the group work method to explore the path of the floating children peer skills and strategies,Combined with the actual situation,six group activities were designed to gradually improve the peer communication ability of migrant children,eliminate their wrong perceptions in peer communication,further expand the support network of migrant children,and promote migrant children to better adapt to urban life and enhance their sense of belonging to the city.After social work intervention with migrant children,team effectiveness was assessed through process assessment and outcome assessment.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn: first,Peer communication ability is very important for migrant children's urban integration and socialization.Secondly,social work plays a significant role in improving the peer communication ability of migrant children.Fourthly,sharing plays an important role in improving the peer communication ability of migrant children.Thirdly,social workers should strengthen the perception of emotional fluctuations in migrant children's practice.Fifth,individualized practical programmes will contribute to the development of practical work on children.In addition,this paper reflects on the process of group intervention,and believes that there is still some room for improvement in the limitations of the intervention process,the emotional perception of group members and the diversification of intervention methods.
