Children’s resilience is starting from the perspective of positive psychology,and tap their potential,with emphasis on the children in the face of adversity stress,overcome difficulties,to produce a positive adaptation and development ability.With China’s market-oriented reform,more and more farmers rush into the city,"the flow of farmers" phenomenon,so that "floating children" groups have been concerned about.In the research of many scholars,floating children are often defined as "vulnerable group",they are lack of ability and resources,need outside help.In this way,floating children is easy to ignore their own advantages and potentials,so pay attention to the development potential of floating children,it is particularly important to cultivate and ascend their resilience.Paper take the floating children as the research object in the H primary school based on G city,H primary school is a primary school for migrant workers’ children,most students in the school are floating children,elementary school is the key period for children to grow up many habit in this period and quality will often accompany lifetime.For floating children group,from social exclusion and prejudice phenomenon on their parents,deeply affect them in the allocation of resources,power and public service,etc.Because they have long been labeled as"vulnerable groups",have a negative evaluation of their own,becomes deep and passive,loss of power to face adversity.Paper take basis on strength perspective of the theory,will ascend the resilience of floating children as the research topic.Combining with the investigation and study method of floating children H elementary school art force situation analysis,the paper from four dimensions:self-efficacy,intrinsic advantage,external support,life events questionnaire design.By using statistical analysis found that:the resilience of the floating children is relatively weak,different individuals have different level of resilience of the points,and the individual resilience level is affected by multiple factors etc..According to the analysis of the status of floating children’s resilience and service demand etc.Paper through the social work intervention for children of migrant workers provide art force related services,design services,Targeted to cultivate their sense of optimism,self-efficacy and sense of purpose,arousing their advantages and potential ability,can let more students obtain success in school and self-efficacy,promoting floating children’s resilience effect.Through the comparison of the data of group pretest and posttest found that everyone has resilience,it can cultivate,have development potential,the social work intervention can effectively promote the floating children find their own potential,ascend the resilience,promote the healthy development of the floating children.So take the strengths perspective as the theoretical basis and combined with the professional social work methods to improve the resilience of floating children adolescent social work service is feasible.
