A Study On The Educational Team's Intervention In Migrating Children's Anti-abduction Knowledge And Skills

Currently,the problem of abduction of migrant children is increasingly a matter of social concern.The author will use 10 migrant children as the service targets,with the education team as the intervention way,through the residential area,recreation area,shopping area,station and abduction after the rescue of five thematic group activities(a total of seven group activities)to carry out migrant children's defense abduction services.The anti-abduction team aims to complement the team members ' knowledge of anti-abduction,improve the team's anti-abduction skills,enhance the team members' awareness of anti-abduction,reduce the risk of team members being abducted,deepen the research level of mobile child anti-abduction.In addition,it can explore the applicability of the educational team to the anti-abduction of migrant children.Through the process assessment and effectiveness assessment of the anti-fraud education team's service activities,the author found that 6 members(accounting for 75%of the number of participating members)in the team members were well(including "good")to master the comprehensive anti-abduction knowledge and skills.Second,the team members have some differences in the master of the anti-abduction knowledge and skills from station(7 members,accounting for 70%),the residential area(7members,accounting for 70%),the game place(6 members,accounting for 75%),the shopping area(4 members,accounting for 67%),to the self-help(6 members,accounting for 75%)after abduction.In addition,there are some differences in the degree of change between members.However,at the same time,the anti-abduction education team is also facing the problem of team members' loss,group activities design and team members' mismatched problems and the lack of social work related research experience,which restricts the intervention effect of the education team on migrant children.Although there are still some problems in the education team,in general,the education team involved in migrant children's anti-abduction intervention still has a certain promotion.
