| In the face of the spread of food safety anxiety,the diversification of information seeking behavior,and the lack of rick communication,figuring out college students' food risk awareness,food risk information seeking behavior and the influencing factors that affect their seeking behavior can help us understand college students' food safety anxiety sources,as well as their need and behavior law for food risk information,and provide a reference for food risk communication ultimately.Based on the realistic environment of traditional media,online media and social media,combined with RISP(risk information seeking and processing)model,this paper examined the current situation of college students' awareness of food risk and their behavior of using different media to seek food risk information through the questionnaire and interview,discussed the influence of media trust,information seeking motivation and information seeking ability on information seeking behavior.The empirical research results show: college students' awareness of food risk is not high and individually different;students trust traditional media most,but they prefer to use online media and social media to seek food risk information;media trust,information seeking motivation,information seeking ability have a positive impact on information seeking behavior.From the perspective of media users,this study followed the logical chain,which is from cognition to motivation to behavior.By testing existing research results at home and abroad and adjusting new variables under the actual situation,this paper constructed a framework of food safety risk information seeking behavior for college students.In order to extend the practical application value of this research,this paper put forward some suggestions according to the research results,such as cultivating a scientific risk view,utilizing different media and exploring a new model of accurate exchange risk communication. |
