The LPT(Learning Plan-guided Teaching)is becoming more and more popular nowadays.In recent years,a lot of researches are put on LPT.Not only can these methods greatly improve the effect of classroom teaching and students learning efficiency,but also it can cultivate students learning ability.However,with the development of the times,the fixed mode of LPT appears rigid.For example,with the renewal of the concept of teachers and the demand for knowledge of students constantly changing,the formulation of the LPT is not suitable for the existing teaching mode,which needs to find a more effective and suitable LPT method.This paper studies the LPT teaching mode for secondary vocational school,in order to construct a new mode that not only can activate the main role of vocational students but also can reflect the leading role of teachers and put the quality education and curriculum reform into practice,with the purpose of students achieving survival,life and literacy after graduating from secondary vocational school.Based on the investigation and analysis of skills demanded by companies and the teaching status in secondary vocational schools,this paper aims to research on the aspects of learning motivation activation,the determinations of skills training goal and personality development objectives.In this paper,the main problems to be solved is to explore a set of new ways on how to implement the LPT on secondary vocational schools,test and revise its operation and practicability,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching in vocational schools,and provide a theoretical basis and the practice guidance for secondary vocational schools in teaching reform.Through the investigation on the traditional teaching model,the abilities needed by the enterprise,as well as the status of study of vocational students and teaching situation,the drawbacks of the existing study guide are exposed,which is very urgent to solve.According to the survey results,we develop a new suitable LPT that not only fit for the current vocational school situation,but also satisfy the enterprise talents needs.
