Competition in overall national powe and economy, essentially, is the competition for science, technology and national quality. From this aspect, who has grasped the education that faces the 21st century is the one that can be in strategic and active position in the international competition in this century. Thus,it can be seen, that an educational century is coming.Secondary vocational education is one of the important parts of educational system in China. For years, secondary vocational education has contributed to society lots of high quality laborers. Although the development of secondary vocational education is in difficulty in recent years, a great mass of teachers have becn actively exploring the developing direction of vocational education in the new situation.As a part of professional education, this paper expounds upon the construction of specialized subjects in Secondary vocational school, including the most basic professional installation, scientific effective professional management and practical rein forced professional research and so on. Combining the practical experiences that I accumulate inlong-term teaching forefront of secondary vocational school with the developing situation of secondary vocational education in Huhhot, under the relevant education and teaching theories' guidance, I have suggeste that the actuality of the professional installation should satisfy the needs of society and individuals, I elaborate the adaptability concerning teachers, facilities, courses and teaching materials in professional management, also explore the directiveness of professional research, probe in the two aspects of the theory and practice of professional construction. This paper aims at making people pay attention to the professional construction of secondary vocational school basically, regarding it as the key problem that develops the education of secondary vocation, regarding it as the first -class major event that develops the secondary vocational education, with the purpose of pvomoting the development and reform of secondary vocational school.
